I just wanted to know if u guys think that there might be Biological warfare in the game I mean I think it would be awesome. Ex: Highelf mages inside a keep launch in some witbane lowers their magicka regeneration by 50% then you attack without magic they would not be able to stop you so victory is yours.
EX:Fire in Rockjoint lower their melee damage capabilities.
Of course there would have to be some kind of restrictions in how many people it affects and how many times it can be used.
Thoughts?

Grandfather Nurgle is pleased! ... Oh, not Warhammer sorry. Yeah what could be interesting would be seeing a PvE event or something like it that would involve a plague or something perhaps.

Knahatean flu (or something) is around. Not sure if thats relevant but if the rumours are true and an angry Argonian mage conjured it, it could be quite useful...

Should fall under the alchemy abilitys oil slicks poison clouds debuffs buffs one range of flower could be base to create a buff potion and another for a debuffs.. like.

Sunflower + x + y + z = buff xyz
ginger + x + y + z = debuffs xyz

all potions should be throwable Ofc expending our much loved stamina.

Id like to see lots and lots of buffs and debuffs through alchemy. dots aoe burst dmg healing elemental dmg armor/weapon degradation speed increases

Like a blighted guar. I like the idea.

The way that I would see something like this happening is by being able to change catapult ammunition from a boulder to a diseased creature of some sort.

The difference would be in the damage effects:

If the rock does X damage to walls and Y damage to people, the diseased "thing" should do 0 damage to walls and place a DoT on people that lasts for several seconds. Persistent debuffs would be too harsh.

I agree but they would also have to limit its use in some way because..
Ex:You r in your keep the enemy is outside all they would have to do is launch so many disease attacks that your entire keep is covered and u either will leave the keep or die of the diseases.

Being able to force people out won't happen. The game is designed around long seiges. It wouldn't be fun if I can just roll around with a zerg and lob cows over every keep's walls to kick them out.

i like the idea. because it is not elder scroll when there is no disease and poison.

we must have disease in-game. or it will suck

Diseases and curses sound good and I believe there are gonna be some in TESO.
On the other hand, I don't like the idea of making the battleground a chemical warfare with diseased goblins and poisonous mushroom-mines. It will be OK to face enemies from whom you may get a disease, but only in PvE.

Yeah today when i was playing Skyrim I finally got to the Glacial Crevice in Dawnguard after days and days of searching and it really did seem like I was stuck. Then I finally found it, killed the Frost giant with a fireball staff I had found in some other quest and I had to use that because it seemed like the dang thing could "one shot" me so I needed to stay well away from it.

Then I made it almost all the way through that Falmer village area, ran into some bugs that came out of these egg like things and they killed me. Luckily I had saved it just after I had killed that Frost Giant and I will try again tomorrow morning when I am having me coffee. : )

That's... a little over exaggerated? D:

I like the idea of allowing alchemists to maybe use throwing potions or something of the like that create a ground targeted AoE debuff. Nothing too spectacularly amazing, or beneficial, simply because of the amount of OP that would be. But, I could see making some sort of use of maybe a poison gas you throw on the ground that does a slight damage tick to players but is overwritten by a players poison, being that a class skill should always be more potent than a professions.
