Yes. Not sure how effective that is but it's possible.

light armor, medium armor and heavy armor "caters" to certain build types but to answer your question in short: yes you can do all of that in game

Thats what i would do in skyrim, i like it because you can deal damage while being far away from a person and take a lot of hits so i think it works pretty well.

Heavy armor archer works too.

Feel free to play as you like with the race choice based on Lore & Looks.

One of the great feature of that game is freedom.

I have a Templar, Restoring Light, with Heavy Armour and Shield. Can heal and tank at the same time, and is good on both also. Works perfectly only if people are well equiped though, spend potions (which have no cost) when in need, or have at least white armour to their level.
And not having someone in light armour, 10 levels old, trying to pull aggro.

Since level 18, I am configuring my gear in such way to provide me cap Magicka regen and pool. Something you can achive by wearing light armour for example, or play a race with magicka regen trait or food/drinks.

And do not listen to people who can tell you what to do and what not, if you are in group dungeon. If you can tank and heal, then do it.

Someone argued that since I was the only healer, I should not tank. End result, after wiping 6 times at Blackheart (lasting 10 minutes each), they decided to let me try my way and they should focus on the ads.

6 minuted later, Blackheart was on his way down, and we had lost nobody.

Why? Because the others insisted on trying to tank with their glass cannon chars, that weren't even well equiped either. At level 46 they had 700hp 740AC two of them* according to their statement. The third was pure mage.

On contrary myself at level 44, had 2100 hp, 1600 AC and shield.

Everything can indeed be done.
But some people (like me) just can't take it to take the inefficient road Irritated_2

Just remember that to be able to summon, you need to be a Sorcerer. Everything else you've said can be done all at the same time (but the effectiveness of such might not be top-notch).
