Note that this DLC is just a theory. < --- A Game Theory Laughing
If you know some lore, more specially, the lore of Akatosh and the Emperors then you should know this.
But if you don’t know the lore of this listen. It is said, that Akatosh took pity of the race of men; and pulled a part of his heart out and gave it to Saint Alessia and she became the first Emperor of Tamriel (really more of men). And so, she became Dragonborn. And the heart became the ‘Amulet of Kings’.
Also when you play the game ‘Skyrim’ Arngeir says this: “There have been many of the Dragon Blood since Akatosh first bestowed that gift upon mortalkind” I think this means that Akatosh has pulled out and gave away some much of his body to mortalkind. Remember that Aedras can die; and that Akatosh is an Aedra.
So Akatosh has given a lot of his body away. And I believe that this is weakening him. And so you (the player) has to go a do something to heal him. Maybe you find other past Dragonborns and kill them, then maybe give the Dragon Blood back to Akatosh himself.

He gave away a Little in the Amulet of kings, but seriously he is stronger than Mehrunes Dagon, likely even the strongest of the Princes. He is incredibly powerful and what he gave away is basically nothing... Just my lore thoughts! I like this idea though...

I knew that it wouldn't with some of the lore. But a man can dream :D

It is a nice idea but this doesn't really lend the idea of a TES DLC and you don't tend to involve yourself with the Aedra in TES.

Well maybe this would change that...

Even then with the bow you didn't connect yourself to Auri-El but simply collected his weapon. As a TES character you associate yourself with the Deadra more than Aedra.

A DLC where we can rebuild the Knights of the Nine (again) or join some new faction without becoming leader

"The Morag Tong: Exciting thrills, and bloody spills"

- Svadas Vendal

"Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Stendarr, Zenithar. The Eight made our world, and they made you."

- Haema of The Eight

I would like the idea of re-building the Dark brotherhood as after Skyrim they are essentially 4-5 members, I would assume that the brotherhood either re-build or just die.

This DLC idea wouldn't work (referring to the one in the original post) because when Arngir said that he referred to the generations of emperors since, every emperor that wore the amulet of kings was a dragonborn and that's a genetic thing, Akatosh didn't need to sacrifice anything for them so he'd still be about as powerful as he was when seen in Oblivion.

Also even if your theory was correct and Akatosh created more dragonborns then they would not be alive during Skyrim's time because it is well known that in Skyrim your char is the prophesied "last dragonborn" meaning all other dragonborn would be dead or very close to being dead or will die soon. Miraak was a very special exception to this because his soul remained in Apocrypha because he pledged an eternity of service to Mora in exchange for power or at least something along those lines but he was the first dragonborn.

OR maybe The Dark Brotherhood would come from Morrowind or Cyrodiil and become Skyrims' Dark Brotherhood

Actually let's forget about TES:6. Let's just get Dark Brotherhood: The Game.
