The Chosen Disciples of MAG

The Chosen Disciples of MAG is a guild that is looking to have new members in our guild so that we may take over Cyrodiil and Imperial City for King Emeric! We will accept members of any skill, level, or race, so long as you are aligned with the Daggerfall Covenant. Everyone will have a place in our guild, and we will have a policy of nobody left behind, we will develop a military stratagem that will ensure everyone's well being. Anyone who joins our guild will have the option to be a DPS, healer, ranged/mage, tank, and team leader. Just those terms alone may seem a bit scary to you, so allow me to explain:

DPS:
DPS stands for Damage per Second, ideally, someone who is like a rogue, a person who can deal a large amount of damage in a short amount of time, like someone who can duel wield daggers, they are fast, and granted, by themselves they cannot do much damage, but at the rate daggers move, they can deal lots of it in a short amount of time.

Healer:
A healer would a mage that can heal their fellow comrades, while this person may not see much action, their role is as crucial as the rest, because without a healer, everyone would die.

Ranged/mage
This role is quite flexible, it allows for either an archer, or a combat mage, both are fine for this role, and both are extremely useful.

Tank:
A tank is someone who can distract all of the enemies and take a lot of damage without dying, the tank should be wearing heavy armor, and should either have a heavy weapon, or a sword and shield.

Team leader:
This character is responsible for looking out for the team, and will report directly to their superiors, the Team leader is allowed to be any type of soldier, and may even be a jack of all trades. Typically, the Team Leader is someone who is already part of the guild and they have been promoted to the next rank.

Now don't get mad and think these positions are unfair, all of these are useful, and while in the chain of command, the Team Leader may be superior to the rest of the team, all positions are equally important, the Team Leader is just the one who has to organize the team and care for it. Teams may also receive equipment, and are assigned quests or missions to complete, they are also allowed to hold on to everything they find in dungeons and whatnot, and are expected to earn their own money, but for good behavior, soldiers may receive money from the officials. Soldiers will be provided with their own equipment and are recommended (though not required) to use it.
There are also positions available outside of the realm of fighting, such as smith, and merchant, the smith will forge the weapons for the guild, and the merchant will sell the extra supplies we make so that the guild will make money, the merchants will be able to keep a portion of the money they earn, as a mark of good respect.

I think we should all be equal, being that there is no team leader and we are all recognized as founders, all with our own role.

This is for other people, not us.
