Magic..

Destruction alteration mysticism illusion restoration conjuration

These are the achools from previous titles.

what spells would you like added to the arsenal ?

If any what new schools would you like too see ?

And ofc what schools are your choice in Eso ?

I would like like too see arcane poison and holy damage make it into Eso. I would also like to use illusion no1 and destruction as my no2 choices. I like illusion for its control and movement
Benefits.

I'd like to see a Nature line, for Druids or something, then Arcane magic, and perhaps some sort of Necromancy that doesn't focus on Conjuration, such as lifetaps n stuff.

Nature spells sounds interesting. like the ability to tame fauna. Ie bears wolves. maybe even spells like roots for snares or wind earth type spells.

I would really like to see some spells that can buff players and debuff enemies. I also hope spells aren't static in their power like they are in wow and other mmos. I'd really like to see scaling of spell power based on your skill level with that school (unlike skyrim, which made destruction not viable on master difficulty) not based on a secondary stat like it is in wow.

Since wow is the only MMO I've played for the past 5 years I'll use that for an example. Say Mark of the Wild (+5% primary stats now). instead of guaranteeing max efficiency they could scale them to your skill level with that spell/school of magic. Like say if you're only 10 in that school you'd only give .5% stats (again, using wow's model of stats, not ESO's) where as if you're at max 100 then it'd give the full 5%.

In an interview with Zen Staff, not sure which, stated they have a teleport ability, that you actually port to a npc, do some attacks then port back.

I was heavy magic user in TES, but made it too easy. I re-rolled a non magic user in skyrim, and got to late 50's before relying on magic.

I'm not sure how I feel, but a fresh breath would be nice like "nature path" but doesn't really fit, since it's apparent in other disciplines, but would love to see variety from previous TES games, as long as they are balanced.

Paralyze, invis, open lock, those are kinda game breakers if not balanced.

Night eye, water breath/walk, slowfall, those need less balance

I hope they do something like skyrim, where they allow one spell per hand. But they'll have to balance them correctly or it'll be a battlefield of people moaning about people being OP with certain builds because of a certain spell.

Nah, there'll be a 6-slot hotbar system, and you'll cast one spell at a time, which you can do on the run. Pwnt.

I'd really like to see the return of spell creation - creating new spells by combining spells you already know... for a fee. I'm thinking the devs have said they will have that.

on the run means that you can do it when you want, doesnt mean you can do it "while you run" that is not confirmed.

tho its something i hold in high regard in GW2s combat.

No, I'm pretty sure that's confirmed, I forget where I saw it, or what the quote was, but unless I read it wrong, I think that's how it is, which makes sense, that's how it is in ES games.
