Does it bother anybody else that pouches (and other stuff) can carry anything? In Breezehome, where the alchemy is there is an alchemists pouch or something, anyways, I had my BLADES ARMOR IN THERE, SHIELD, HELMET, BOOTS, GLOVES, CHEST PIECE, and I had some other stuff in there too. So does it bother you and should limited storage space be implemented in TESO>

ESO will be using slot based storage so it would be limited by the amount of slots you have in your inventory rather than the traditional weight based system. I'm not sure if they have any more details on it besides that (ie extra bags and such). As far as outside storage, I haven't heard anything, but I would assume it uses at least a similar slot system (or maybe they are still portals to access hammer space, who knows)

As far as limiting the outside storage, i would have to say no, only because people would want to expand their storage, and could open the way for microtransactions.

I would not have a problem if you could use a specific holding container for crafting items (alchemist pouch for alchemy ingredients, blacksmith pack for armor or weapon ingredients) and those are the only items that it can hold. This would make a 'crafting bag' a useful tool as the bag would allow your remaining inventory slots to be used for carrying loot, useable items, crafting ingredients from crafts that you are not performing but want to sell, etc. This would make it much easier to acquire a large crafting supply for your own crafting purposes, without your crafting reagents eating up all of your inventory slots. Thoughts?

The fires burn. Our supplies are spent. Axes are dull, and armor is rent. The enemy approaches, our doom, they seek. We are Daggerfall Covenant. We are Orcs. Our comrades, they come, for glory they seek, at the side of our iron and steel. We will not fall.

I agree, having something like an 'alchemist pouch' hold anything other than alchemy ingredients is immersion breaking. If they have containers like this in the game, they should be limited.

I added this response as I felt it more directly answered your OP.
