The truth behind sithis

Sithis is neither an Aedra nor a Daedra. In fact, according to ancient texts, Sithis predates the creation of both groups and played a part in their creation with his older "brother" Anu (god of order and light) when their blood was spilled in combat with each other. When their spilled blood mixed, it gave birth to the Aedra, but Sithis's lone blood ended up giving birth to the Daedra. This leads some to refer to Sithis as "The True God"; the one who existed before everything else and whose chaotic nature caused the reaction that gave life to the current gods.

With that said if the deadric are born of sithis, than what is humanity born from? My theory a possible theory is maybe perhaps we are born from the right limb of sithis and the left limb born mystical creatures (dragons, and ect) and of heart born deadric it would be pretty interesting if this was the case and that the dark brotherhood is mislead as to what sithis true desires are?

All Et'Ada (Aedra, Daedra, Magna-Ge) are born from the interplay between order and chaos, Anu and Padomay. Sithis is Padomay. Neither Anu nor Padomay is sentient, self-aware. They are primordial forces.
Neither chaos nor order can create on their own. It is the interplay, the Aurbis, that allows new things to arise.

Humanity comes from the Ehlnofey, who are subgradiated Aedra.
When the Aedra commited themselves to Creation they soon found that it was unstable. In order to stabilise it, and save themselves as they were now forever bound to it, the Aedra gave themselves partially or wholly into the project.
Some became the Earthbones, the laws of nature, while others found that the only way to stave off death was to become smaller and more numerous, to introduce birth as the counterpart to death and these are the Ehlnofey.

The Ehlnofey wandered and changed and everything on Nirn, except the Hist, comes from the Ehlnofey.

As such, humans are Aedra, or subgradiates thereof.

Hope this helps :)

Sithis is ofthen a confusing action. Since many think he is actually "emptyness" "he" is not. hes, as merari pointed out Padomay, wich is more of a state than an entity.
Worshipping "him" makes about as much sense as worshipping the fact that time exists. Its an In-universe confusion. but a pretty one.

The lore snippet of the Hist "acknowledging Sithis", ofthen interpreted as worshipping it actually more likeley points to the fact that the Hist were aware, at least to a certain degree, of how creation happened, or at least of the Primordial Forces.

EDIT: also where the hist come from is also debateable. Since the Lord of Souls implies they might come from what looks like an area inside Oblivion (wich would make them part of the original creation too)
