"Dynamic" Questlines in Cyrodiil in wich players take part on different Factions inside the Quest. For example the quest for the Daggerfall Pact could be to secure a Resource Post that was overrun by Daedra and therfore does not produce any income. While the Pact would have to aid the summoners who actually send the deadra towards it.

Of course how much this affects the PvP balance should be considered. But i want a few more story based elements, not in the main PvP as in big sieges and field battles but the outskirts of the battlefield.

I want a gray area where PvE and PvP overlap.

I want to see a good, thought-out story line in the game. Other than that, I hope that enough people are into PvP to form huge battles over the throne and outlying cities/towns. I think the game is good hands, though, so I'm not too worried about it.

Not Set
1. Increase pvp areas, and don't limit pvp to factional warfare- It would be great at least if a faction could send small parties to opposing faction territory to plunder and disrupt other factions economy, or at least ambush a guy from the opposing faction...

2. Let players and community set rules where pvp will happen and why in the spirit of roleplaying and make most of the places capturable by wars and sieges(not just cyrodill, for an example daggerfall c. and ebonheart are bordering each other and what they'll look at each other peacefully while their armies are fighing each other in cyrodill) exept few safe areas

3. Encourage metagaming

4. Make player housing eventually-make possible for large guilds to buy a predetermined plot of land or their own cave for housing, crafting, farming, protection etc.(ofcourse for a hell a lot of money) with options to buy or craft furniture, alchemy labs, defences, decorations etc. Players like to have something that they can call their own.

5. Make questing areas for no pvp gamers and safe areas like towns where guards will always intervene if someone starts a pvp and if you kill someone that is not willing to pvp outside towns and cities make a bounty system( player with bounty will be arrested by NPC guard if he comes near towns and cities and their equipment will be taken away with loosing some skills, and ofcourse make bounty office- that will make players look for bandit players with bounty on their heads in the wilds...)
I would add something to bounty system to prevent bandits in exploiting it. If the bandit gets arrested with little equipment and no money with him. Make bounty/skill level transaction. 100 gold of bounty/ highest skill level loss by 1. That means if he has 2000 bounty and gets arrested with 100 gold he will loose 100 gold and 19 skill levels of his highest skill trained( I'm talking about this like the skills and leveling will be the same as in ES series, it can be implemented in any new leveling system that includes experience and levels).

I'd Really like to see a Good and In Depth (meaningful) CRAFTING SYSTEM. The Closest game in similarity would be EQ2. Initially, crafting gear took time (getting materials and rares), was a huge part in upgrading your character and abilities. Unlike WoW/Swtor and the recent MMO's in which crafting gear was just a simple quick step to get your character into a specific tier. I'd much rather you spend alot of time in a system in which that gear is a GOAL just below if not equal to raid/dungeon etc. Also, EQ2 required you to use different abilities while crafting, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I could not AFK and craft like other games. It made it more dynamic and fun.

As mentioned by another poster, I would LOVE to see some type of Housing implemented eventually. Eq2 is another example in which many players simply logged on (subbed) just to create and decorate houses. It even became a "profession" of sort. It was awesome to try to out decorate your friends, make it match your character style and class etc. They also had Guild "Housing" in which you could create a huge castle, house, building that had guild related items, accessories and more. One of my favorite parts of it was the fact that everytime your guild defeated a raid boss, you were given a replica head statue of that Boss. (Which could be displayed as trophies).

Would love to hear what you guys think!

I defiantly feel that we should be able to venture into enemy factions. Like another member posted it would be fun to get together with other members of your factions and do raids into enemy territory. Go in kill enemy players, steal money, and generally cause chaos in the enemy factions.

Since there are three factions I would like to see a PvP system similiar to DAoC's. Let me explain it:
One central borderland, where every fraction meets and at least one borderland per fraction which should be pretty close to their own homelands. This makes sure that there are safe zones and contested zones - eventually with impacts on safe zones.

Fighting the enemies' capital city - like in WAR: Online - could be pretty boring. Somehow its mostly pve instead of promised pvp. It could become pretty annoying and demotivating if you login everyday and see that your capital city is locked/contested day by day.
I think that there should be enough place for competetive pvp players and even pve players.

As I experienced: A large scale pvp system is awesome. Especially if there are three fractions! But every player hates queues. Everyone wants to join a big battle instantly! And thats how it should be. Even if its possible that one fraction becomes the underdog - thats the common danger in three fraction pvp.

Furthermore - one aspect of organisation and aesthetic - I'd really like to see a good guild/clan/alliance system with guild-cloaks/shields/weapons or something like this.

... I have to admit that I'm really bored of GuildWars 2's content. There is absolutely nothing new if you reach max level. You still have the same options as beeing low level. I want exclusive content - for example pvp at enemies frontiers - for high level characters. I want a guarantee that I still can see/experience something new at high level.

Since it's Matt Firor of DAOC fame at the helm, I can almost guarantee that's what you'll get :P

An implementation of a system similar to Radiant Story/AI. There should always be a reason to explore the environment, regardless of if you already did the quests there. There should always be scenarios where things can change (highwayman attacks, assassins sent to kill, vampire clans ambushing, etc) in the world at any given time. I wouldn't use the term dynamic events, as what GW2 did is not the approach I want. What I want are those timeless moments where I can log on Skyrim at any time and anything is possible. Those moments when something will happen outside of your control that really makes the game feel organic and alive. That kind of immersion will almost definitely have me hooked to ESO in itself.

Id like to see Potion crafting returned to the same style as TES:4.... it so annoying to make potions in Skyrim...

Then close your f#$kin' store, 'cause being ready for me'll take care of your wakin' hours, and you'd better have someone to hand the task off to when you close your f$#kin' eyes
