No I would never roleplay exclusively as an animal perhaps an animal companion to roleplay as a companion or give it distinct mannerisms in that capacity yes. Roleplay an actual animal...well unless it was gifted with sentience or something would be remarkably uninteresting as we would be running off base instincts and some very limiting things such as the fact they do not back stab they do not have intrigue they function on procreation and survival almost entirely except in the domesticated facets which would involve yet again a human or sentient component.

If you bring in things like mythical creatures and the like I can see it working cause they have intelligence or some do, but still only in some cases could it really work and I still would not be much for it, but that is me.

I find it sort of funny how you wouldn't RP as an animal but you RP'ed as a variant of kwanza bot.

Personally no I wouldn't RP as an animal either for pretty much the same reasons as Maxx.

The wolf RP site I just started on is with wolves with sentience, they talk, plan, hunt, etc.

Wolves does not talk, and their planning is not that advanced...

Ri did say wolves with SENTIENCE, ergo not normal IRL wolves... Creatures with sentience tend to talk (or communicate in some way) and plan extensively...
