I want to use a bow, a restoration staff, and dual wield. Is that possible? Or am I restricted to just two weapons? Can I change weapons in combat, to bow, to sword, to resto staff?

You can only swap between 2 weapons in combat. If you want to switch to something else you have to wait until you are out of combat

You look like you play a Nighblade: Is there a vanish type skill where you can disappear from pvp combat and go back into stealth?

If you watch some of the gameplay videos that ZOS has released you can see a nightblade using a skill to temporarily become invisible. also...

Whilst entirely possible, it probably means you'll suffer in some other aspect if you plan on putting points into three weapon types. You'll only be able to switch between two at a time, but there's nothing to stop you from altering your setup before heading into combat. If you think a certain situation (PvP or PvE) requires or will not need one of your specializations, then it is very easy to just drop that weapon and rearrange your hotbar.

I don´t think that there will be a Problem to 'Max Out Everything'. Actually, as far as I remember, they said that we were able to MOE. Though too many different sets avaiable might obliterate the edge the single sets have. If you were running around in PvP and suddenly facing a build that will destroy you, you could immediately Change to another build, even so many times until you find a Counter build... if there are enough sets you can choose from. Of course, your oponent can choose from a huge number of sets of builds, too. If there are too many Options and too Little punishment when swapping between them, this would create a Dance of build swapping, figthing wouldn´t be that important anymore.

Over the duration I intend to learn and gain experience to mastery in shield & one handed, restoration staff, bow, and also double handed (bastard) sword (also trident and net if I see it).

The skies are your limits but don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

You can change between two builds on the fly. If you wanted to change to your third build, it would require moving all your skills around off and into your hotbar. Not something you can just do when faced with an opponent. Whilst you could "Max out Everything" in a sense. 100 Two-Handed, 100 Dual-Wield, 100 Destruction, whatever, you still have to be careful where you distribute your skill points as they will obviously be finite.

In other words, if you put skill points into 3 or maybe more skills, you probably wouldn't have enough points to make them as effective as possible. Not to mention you wouldn't have enough points to be efficient at any profession, crafting, enchanting etc. If you have no interest in that anyway, then I suppose there's no reason not to have an extra weapon skillset just in case the situation calls for it.

That's the worst If you can stealth while engaged In combat, hopefully not. I thought It was about weapon sets though.

from what i saw in gameplay vids, casting the shadow spells will give a chameleon effect for a few seconds. Maybe enough to break line of sight but not enough to go back to full on sneaky sneak. Definately only useful if you have a group that can cover you.
