I don't like to compere Temrie with real world, its 2 different worlds and that's one of many reasons why i like this game. Saying this i don't know if there is more proper Topic for this question but, How will holidays work? will TESO celebrate only Temriel holidays or will we haw April fool, valentine, Halloween, etc?

There are couple of threads about Tamriel holidays here on the forum:

http://www.tesof.com/topic-holidays-of-t...t=holidays

http://www.tesof.com/topic-holiday-events

There are Tamriel holidays falling on the same part of the year as Earth holidays, so it's up to the devs to decide if they will use them or not.

I just meant that there are temples who don't like the followers of one guy. Tribunal, Ashlanders. Nothing too detailed. Bethesda (or Zenimax, I can never remember who writes) are good at creating. I was just saying that the dispute could have been used as a baseline.

It seemed alright to me...
I can enumerate the differences instead of the points in common.
Jesus was born from a virgin, in contraposition of the "uncertain parents" or "uncertain sings" , he born under the star in the sky and son of a virgin and God.
He was betrayed but for his will, and died for the sins of the human kind. Instead, Indoril Nerevar death is unknown for certain, he may be killed by the Tribunal or in the battle of red mountain.
Jesus was a messiah, and in his words, destined to be the son of god in earth. Indoril Nerevar was a general, who united the people under one banner (Jesus even separate his doctrine from the judean original one).
Finally, Jesus is intended to reborn itself to bring the end of time and the final judgement.
Indoril Nerevar was not reborn HIMSELF, instead he reincarnated in a different person who fulfilled a prophecy, and in the end, to bring the doom to the dunmer .( This point may have some things in common but in the whole is much different).
I can go on and on, but well, this is enough I think.

This started as a Thread about climates and lansdscapes, but it developes into interesting direction. However, fell free to discuss any analogies, you can think of :)

Who controls the Septim crown?
Who keeps the Allesian Heresy down?
We do, we do

Who knocked Yokuda off the maps?
Who keeps the Dwemer under wraps?
We do, we do

Yes I know, it just went out of the road. But I feel the need to reply it, as I find the Nerevarine and Jesus very different in their conception.

Bretons? They are directly comparable to that of the West Brittons and French.

Nonetheless I was discussing it with a friend and also has some similarities too. So both, you and me may be right on this

The Dark Brotherhood is a such a generic fantasy name... (No offense meant, but it is.)

I think its kinda obvious between the architecture, weaponry, armor, and style that the blades are based on Japanese culture.
