With the new big news some of ESO fans go angry and sad with the changes to the game they dying to play, and i am one of them, and here is the reason why:
Sure it came to me as surprise but nothing over the line that would make me stop caring about ESO game or change my mind about getting Pre-Orderd, so why am i mad you ask? Its because of the way they they implemented this changes.

1ht I believe imperial races should not haw join us at launch of the game, and came lather with a big patch, those who pre-order Imperial Edition should haw earned the right to Play this race from the launch but others would need to wait few patches to do that, this would solver many if not all problems that come with this new playable race. I bet RP community would haw a field day by making new stories of how some of imperial "bystanders" pick different alliances to fight for there own beliefs.

2th "Any race Any alliance" should be a in game quest and open option to those who pre-orderd the game to pick "betrayal quest line" after they leave "tutorial" zone ( i assume its around lvl 10). This quest might be "become mercenary" if you are DC starter, in case of AD "Become outcast, you are banished from AD because of some crime or dishonor you commit during the said quest", And for EP ... well i am not sure, at first i though of going as "Refuge that escapes lands of constant war, in search of more stable alliance"

So how you guys would want this changes? And do you think they should be here in the first place? if not why?

Looking forward to some good Replays = )

Man I feel you, but I bet this people (the developers) wont matter much about this in that way. I wish they make some sort of point of having this alliance fiasco by making some sort of stories behind this but let's not fool our self's. Lets hope (this is me being super optimistic) they don't come and make this game to worst things in the future (mystery boxes, pay boxes, pay to win, patches that ain't supposed to be bought) heck you name it. Because at the end of the day this always came down to. I bet this wont happen this way since they have subscriptions, but really sometimes with all the mmos that has been out there that has been doing the same stuff over and over down the road. You never know.

P.s. That is the delicate topics we as gamer's that are tired of this methods should be talking about and letting them know. So this game wont suffer the same.

You first suggestion seems perfectly reasonable to me, but let's be honest the whole point of this is to grab some extra money. We might see a 5 dollar or so dlc later on, but I doubt we'll get it for free.

As for the second one, I don't think it necessarily needs to be that complicated, and I don't think that this actually fixes the main complaints which is that of "faction pride". This is pretty much being a high elf to fight for high elfs, or being a nord to fight for Nords. You also don't necessarily need to be a turn coat to fight for another alliance. Could just be native to that kingdom. Why should a high elf born and raised in high rock be loyal to the summerset isles?

I think you underestimate how monster named "war" really works, dont forget there is not only "pride" or "belief" that makes people move, there is also hate, racism and mostly anger, who cares if Altmer was born and raised in DC, no soldierd would fight side by side with him, i mean did you see how many German nationality Soldiers in Alliance army in WW2 fight vs Nazi? yes my point exactly, most of the people would slit there throats in there sleeps then fight side by side just out of anger or hate, now if you haw mercenary unit , or canon fodder, or "future" spy candidates, well that is completely different story.

Do you mean German from Germany or person of German descent. I'm sure plenty of American soilders were of German descent, yet didn't suddenly decide to become Nazi's. There were also plenty of African Americans who fought for a country that hated them(not that they could go over and join Germany, but a lot of the military didn't want them serving.) Now why did they join, to prove that they are just as good and loyal as the whites.

Umm, how about no? You're providing an extremely weird racist viewpoint that is not in touch with reality.
German citizens were of course barred from the regular allied armies, not because people suddenly started to hate Germans, but because of the security risk. But many, many Germans fought on the allied side in WW2. Most of them were US citizens. Many French (and others) were also nazi sympathisers who fought alongside Germans.

Who would "slit someone's throat in their sleep" just because of their nationality? That level of hate is just not something that normal people feel. Soldiers in WW2 sure hated the war, and the politics or the circumstances that brought it about, but they didn't just start hating soldiers on the other side merely because of their nationality.

And by your idea of everyone in Tamriel being racist assholes (which they may be compared to us at least), why aren't Redguards, Orsimer and Bretons slitting each others' throats as we speak? Theirs is a history of long and bitter enmity.
I'll provide the answer for you. It's because they share a common agenda, just like a Breton and an Altmer can share an agenda. They may be racist and distrustful, but that doesn't make them completely stupid.
