Who else is freakin excited to see what the Bosmer have to offer in the nest TES game?! I just wanna know what is going on with that new Prophet and the gifts Y'ffre is going to bring to the Boiche! Any ideas? (pure speculation of course..)

Oh I'm tremendously excited! The Bosmer's have always fascinated me with their traditions, religions and way of life in general. I'm looking forward to really getting a feel for their society as a whole in Valenwood. Who isn't curious to see the architecture there? It's promised to be gorgeous! I too am wondering just how Y'ffre is going to be implemented, I'd love to see them delve into that aspect of the Bosmer culture a bit more.

I would say Y'ffre would have to be implemented hugely in Valenwood as the whole of the Bosmer culture and religion revloves around it!
I mean without the Green Pact made with Y'ffre the Bosmer would never have settled in Valenwood a all.

People who play blood elves are stereotyped as kids who wanted to play on the faction of badasses but didn't want to play an "ugly" race. They wanted to be cool and beautiful/sexy/whatever. They were usually stereotyped to be bad players too (both in RP and actual gameplay.)

Architecture? there is no architecture in valenwood.
They dont even know how to use Stones for building.

And i also cant think of any beautifull religion there.
I mean sure, i can see the beauty of a bloody steak. Be assured the bosmer know about that. Dont ask where the Uthrapa comes from tho. That may end up beeing awkward, or delicious, depending on what end of the fork you end up beeing on.

They have buildings. They have architecture. They may even have stone for all we know (though I admit, not likely...) at least inthe major cities. But I guess they could all just be made of wood if stone were to difficult to import in Valenwood.

And beauty is such a silly word, but I will take your statement for what it is, an opinion. Of course I will say that they DO have a beautiful religion, if for no other reason than spite. We know very little about the culture and daily life of the Bosmer since (unlike Skyrim, Cyrodil and Morrowind) no games have taken place there yet (and probably won't ever, at least it won't be the main focus in my opinion).

The Bosmer do not use Stones as building materials so sayeth PGE1. One of two sources on Valenwood that seem to agree on that part.

Imported Timber is used for buildings but when speaking about towns like Falinesti or even Eldenroot for that matter alot of the "architecture" is actually just natural vegetation beeing used in such a manner.
The Timber clanhouses are probably that, clanhouses. The Bosmer are primitive people, living off the hunt. They dont know and they dont want it any other way. For it is the Green way.

ESO already takes place in Valenwood primarily when it comes to the Aldmeri dominion, but as i have shown above, we have two sources that give a very clear picture of the daylie life in Valenwood, and it is qutie a harsh one.
