Its probably after you had a crash. I have had 5 crashes today, in Cyrodiil, and each time, i cant log back into the game. I have to wait like ½ hour, until some timer resets, and then i can log back in. Im really frustrated by all the crashes in Cyrodiil. After almost 6 hours today, i only got like 4 hiurs gametime - due to crashes.

Cyrodiil is not ready...

Yes, I experienced this too - exactly, even changed my passw. Like me, you only had the "early access" code activated. You need to go to your account page and activate the full game using the code for that (I don't have one Pouting ). "Early access" code is only for the early access, and that has ended.

It actually says: "Your login information was incorrect." Right?
Like me, you only had the "early access" code activated. This limitation didn't kick-in until about the time you posted.
Same as above: You need to go to your account page and activate the full game using the code for that (I don't have one :Pouting: ). "Early access" code is only for the early access, and that has ended.

I have the same problem, but it is one that I anticipated. The early access has ended, and I have not yet received the non-digital copy of the game that I ordered from Amazon. ETA on that is Tuesday, so with past experience as a guide, I expect I will get it by Monday. In the meantime, looking at the virtue of necessity, I have no excuse for putting off preparing my tax return or getting my new computer set up to play the game.

I think ZOS may have screwed up a bit in not taking the shipping time of online orders into account. The only way to pre-order an actual box rather than a bunch of bits, so as to be able to play in the early access period, was to order online from a third-party retailer. These items evidently could not ship until the release date of Friday, 4/4. It was a bit preposterous to assume that items shipped on Friday 4/4 would arrive by the end of the early-access period on 4/4. It was furthermore overly optimistic to assume that items shipped on 4/4 would arrive by the evening of 4/5, the latest likely delivery time for most of the customer base before the end of the revised early access period.

I originally expected that my promotional code would cover the 30-day included post-release time. However, my promotional code was not accepted at the sign-in window when I tried to sign up for a payment plan.

If this was not a boo-boo, then it was intentional (by definition). If it was intentional, then ZOS made a decision to treat their ESO store customers preferentially over their retailers' customers. This is not good for their relations with retailers, in the long run. It may be that they don't care that much about such relations, but right now the retail channel is the only way that players can get the physical franchise merchandise that so comfortably pads the ZOS bottom line.
