So, since there is no racial languages which separate each faction or race really that I know of. . will there be something like shouting across to another faction? For example, you could go /shout "You will all die!" or something and everyone, including people from the other 2 factions in the area would still be able to read that if in the relatively near vicinity? Honestly, I see no reason why not to make that a thing. . Spam could still be punished even if you're doing it cross-faction so I wouldn't worry too much of that. I prefer it more to taunt the enemy up on their tiny walls before our horde smashes it down. xD

the common language populated by the empire is the old aldmeri tongue. or more accurateley a cosmopoliton version of it.
And pretty much everyone but the inner marsh argonians should speak that language.
Even orcs have a tendency of speaking it. It just wouldnt make too much sense.

There would be boosters galore if ZOS allowed there to be communication between faction prior to level 50. The opportunity to boost still exists through other out-of-game methodologies of communication; however, Zenimax should not make it easy for two strangers to meet each other in-game and go boost their blocking skill in a corner somewhere like a couple of pansies. So punish everyone because a few people are causing trouble... that's just how life works.

Except you need to kill an enemy to get exp. Not only that, but I doubt you can gain experience from fighting other players in PvP, and if they had PvP leveling, it would most likely be from completing objectives and quests, to avoid the problem you just mentioned (Which not allowing cross faction communication wouldn't help).

I wouldn't mind a zone wide versus chat in Cyrodiil for trash talking. Anything less than zone wide versus chat would lead to colluding etc, if it's zone wide everyone sees it and reports them.

I don't understand you. Lore is important but everyone will speak English in the game ( citizens you saved, enemies etc...). They will not speak in aldmeri tounge, even elves will speak English! Zenimax won't make a new language just because of lore and if it does we must learn it. English is ok. And i think that fun is more important than some crazy lore! So, when you say:"YOU WILL ALL DIE!" other players will understand that and become scared.

well its realy not my fault if you dont understand what im saying....
The *english* you are speaking is the equivalent for the common language in TES.
You were never learning some kind of fictional language. But no one in any TES game was actually speaking "english"
Didnt you realize that?

OK, even if you're right, if Breton and Altmer shouting to each other it will be still warlike atmosphere even if they don't understand each other. And what is more important, players will understand English.

again. chances are they would understand each other form a lore perspective.

but thats not important because from a gameplay perspective, having cross faction chat in PvP is a terrible idea.
