Faction & Race:
Daggerfall Covenant
Orc
(So, do you guys like it, or does it seem to absurd? Are there any holes in his story?)

Firstname - cyfiawnder
Surname - hiraethus
Title - None
Sex - Male
Race - Breton
Age - He doesn't know, something between 30-35 when events of TESO start.
Occupation - Wanderer
Faction - Mages Guild, Fighters Guild
Appearance - Fairly thin and pale, long black hair, typically keep a clean shaven face. Wears a navy blue mage hood, the rest is a set of steel plate armor. He is rather tall, and his green eyes seem to be fillies with some sort of sadness, but has a beautiful smile. Typically wields an ebony sword and shield.
Personality - Socially awkward at times, but can make a person laugh from time to time. He is highly tolerant of other races, and is almost incapable of hating a person. He doesn't understand why people in society do and think things like racism, Daedra worship, or even drinking alcohol.
Social Background/Backstory - Born in a small village in High Rock, Hiraethus was forced into a troubled childhood when vampiric cult attacked his village, intent on using the town for cattle. For much of his adolescent years, he and his family served such a purpose. On one of the summoning days, his bestfriend was offered as a sacrifice, and was forced to watch the degrading ritual. Unfortunately, she would not be one of lucky few to survive. He swore an oath of vengeance, that he would somehow, someway, make Molag Bal feel what he felt that day.

He managed to escape, but his years as a vampire cattle had been secluded, and he was not at all prepared for the social complexity of the real world. He ended up a wanderer, an outcast of society. He eventually found his way into the mages and fighters guilds, finally he could find some sense of belonging. He continued wandering throughout High Rock. He would even occasionally manage trips to places from Skyrim to Summerset Isles, though not always as a "valid passenger" when sailing on ships.

On land journeys, he would often spend some coin to stay at inn. He has a strict non-drinking rule for himself, but he would still attempt to make conversation. It was in an inn that he first met a member of the Mages Guild. He too had a hatred of vampires, and, this being the first connection he had formed in a long time, felt the need to see what the mages guild was all abot.

Hiraethus loved it. For the first time, he felt like he belonged. He promised himself to master the Restoration school. He wasn't learning just for healing, though. He mostly wanted to learn how to turn undead.

Here, he spent his time delving into knowledge, learning about what exactly had enslaved him all those years. He then went on to study the Daedra and the Aedra, and learning (not how to use) of deeper magics like the Thu'um, the Argonians' connections to the Hist, etc.

Eventually, a job for the Mages Guild led him to Skyrim. In this land of hardy warriors, he soon found himself in company of the Fighter's Guild. Here he learned how to use the blade and make proper use of heavy armor. However, he was not necessarily a battle mage, as he lacked no more than the required knowledge of Destruction. By the time he reached the Fighterss Guild, he had been studying in Illusion and Alteration.

If there was one good thing that his childhood had given him, and it was an extreme threshold for pain tolerance. And sneakiness. He had picked up some tricks in the art of stealth from the conversations about recent hunts the vampires had right in front of him.

He didnt understand these vampires! Had they no heart? Do they ever think about the people they take as cattle? Did they think about people like the man who had left the village on a business trip, only to come home to find his wife, his children, his friends, all gone? Do they think about the child raised a world where they were looked at as less than person, even less than a slave?
Best Memory - Reuniting with an old family friend that had been out of town the day of the vampire attack
Worst Memory - His whole childhood
Skills -Adept Illusion, Adept Alteration, Expert of Restoration, Expert with Blade, and Adept Heavy Armor.
Challenges for the Character - Gis social awkwardness and flashbacks of his childhood. He also knows no Destruction magic, and has trouble killing other people. His problem with killing originates from all his negative experiences with death. He also has survivor's guilt as a result if being one of the few people to survive the attack on his village, and being one of the few people to escape from the vampires.
Birthsign He learnt from the survivor that it is the Warrior.
Religious Views Equality in everything, except for Daedra worship exceptions to this are Azura and Meridia. Azura, because she actually cares about what happens to her followers, and Meridia because she despises the undead (including vampires)
Politics Views He couldn't care less about politics (before the power vacuum created by the events leading up to ESO)

During the war, he becomes ashamed of his homeland's involvement in the war as opposed to dealing with Molag Bal. As a result, he expatriates himself from High Rock.

What I did I waited! I did a rough draft and I did a few RP and let my character build. I got ideas from movies and tv shows of how I really wanted her to be like; books as well. Just good to have a nice start but look over some just to get an idea of where some people cam eup with their own. It helped me really build a nice foundation :)

I like it man its a very unique character though if he was cattle you may want to figure out an explanation for his combat prowess such as what kind of training or who he got set up with to help him well basically over come such torment and sequestered of a life. I mean it would be unlikely that it did anything more than make him pretty much immune to physical pain. Anyways it is a very unique idea and I would just say find out how he got to be a good fighter and good with magic and that kind of stuff.

Thanks, didnt notice that hole there. Fixed that. I also like your idea pain tolerance, so I added that in there.

I really like it! It has a good 'cause and effect' character building and the story was unique indeed. His skill set would provide a good help in a battle, and the fact he learned the skills with a motive makes it all the better. The only thing I'd add is the reunion with his friend. He's mentioned but not in the backstory. I'd be interested to see the relationship with him effect the character. But overall, a brilliant character!

Added some more to his challenges. Biggest additions would be his survivor's guilt and trouble killing people.
