I would really like a fleshed out social system in game.
Guild common house, community craft halls...etc
But what I missed most in some games was the ability to sit on chairs in game.
Taking a "natural" looking screenshot of guildies always was a real pain since sitting always meant your ass was halfway in scenery.

A must have is a common place for guildies.
A small tavern, dormitory and such... I really hope for this kind of things.
