Thanks for sharing! The Kwama Warriors and Workers look quite different than the ones from Morrowind, though I suppose that's because they aren't maroon with worms for heads!

I saw that they didn't mention the Kwama Forager in the description, thinking they might've been cut out...

Edit: The main site has an interesting breakdown of their design process.

The new scrib design looks pretty terrifying. Before it was like, "Aw, look a scrib! I'll pat the little guy on the head." Now it's, "AHH! A SCRIB!!" and then the scrib leaps on your face and crawls into your mouth.

Who keeps the Allesian Heresy down?
We do, we do

Who knocked Yokuda off the maps?
Who keeps the Dwemer under wraps?
We do, we do

I like the look, but they walk too much like a normal human, IMHO.

The broccoli says 'I look like a small tree', the mushroom says 'I look like an umbrella', the walnut says 'I look like a brain', and the banana says 'Can we please change the subject?'

Kwama Forager, oh Kwama Forager, wherefore art thou Kwama Forager?

I'll be a very sad puddytat if they left out the Kwama Forager.

I remember them from Morrowind, they were really scary, and I'm wondering if they'll add like a Kwama Mother or something like that.

Are these monsters going to be available through the game or only in certain zones?
Then we would have to wait to lvl 50 to be able to see all the monsters the game has to offer.

There was a Kwama Queen in Morrowind, which I'd imagine they'd include but just didn't mention it in the preview as it's not a common creature to encounter. Can't have a hive without a queen afterall (well, maybe they can since this is a video game...)

I'm curious though if they'll make the Kwama Queen the passive and vulnerable creature, or if they'll glorify it to be some sort of powerful boss-like monster. Hope they remain with the former instead of making things dangerous for the sake of being dangerous.

I don't believe Kwama exist outside of Morrowind, as Kwama Eggs were apparently a prime export unique to Morrowind in its game. But this is probably a good thing! The alternative would be to see all the monsters the game has to offer by time you hit 50, and there will be nothing new and exciting to see left in the world. Hitting 50 and looking forward to new monsters to find keeps you on your toes.

Yeah that's a good way to look at it, and it makes sense to do it that way.
