Finishing quests too quickly? Grind spots for DC?

I'm not sure how many other people are in the same boat, but I seem to be going too quickly. I'm not interested in the story, so I zip through quests as quickly as possible (not that reading quests yields any experience). I've cleared the zone of Glenumbra, and then moved on to Stormhaven at 13. I cleared Stormhaven at 17 and moved on to Rivenspire. I have now, with the exception of the bugged quest "Children of Yokuda" and any quest beyond that, completed that zone as well. I'm 25, and way too low to move on to mid 30's Bangkorai.

I prefer to stay solo, I can group, but I don't enjoy it as much as speed questing alone. I've completed the world bosses, the portals and the mines as well. I'm out of ideas. Are there any good grind spots in Rivenspire that anyone knows of? I believe that's my only other option for at least the next 5 levels...

Are you sure you "cleared" the zones or did you just do the main quests? Because you keep getting new quests the more you explore. I'm nearly level 15 and have only half of Glenumbra completed.

False. Elder Scrolls games are for being free to play exactly how you want to play. Some people love the grind, so why say they are ruining the game by playing how they love to play? I say, if you love the grind, grind on.

I clear the zone and am usually the required level for the next area. Maybe you are missing something?

Good call is misread where he said he enjoyed grinding.

Thanks for the replies. It took quite a bit of running around, but I was able to move on to the next zone and work through it as well. And yes, I prefer most times to turn on a movie or music and just grind at my own pace. I know not a lot of people play that way, but I do. And he is actually a she. :)

let me get this straight, you are "zipping" through the story and not listening to dialog and yet you are claiming the quests are going by to quick???

Nope, that's not what I said. You didn't actually read my post, did you? I was curious because the quests only got me so far as I finished them early, leaving me a few levels behind when moving on to the next quest. Reading doesn't yield any more experience from a quest than not reading. Heck, the quests could move faster for all I care, as long as my experience bar moves along with them. Some work crafting in between quests, others run Cyrodiil or dungeons, and I don't, so there's no cushion or extra experience.

So in short, I may finish one quest and not be strong enough or high enough to effectively move on to the next.

Not that it matters anymore, I worked through it. Thank you so very much for your concern.

I can not understand how solo player (being low level) is able to kill bosses. You have to group wiith others in order to do that. I would suggest you to return to Glenumbra anss Stormhaven and then you will be able to find many quests that you missed. I cleared Glenumbra at level 17 and went to Stromhaven which is supposed for lv 18-20.

Also, going to other areas (devoted for higher lvl players) is not worth as you can not do many missions alone (are to weak) and also can not apply many prize items after mission completion.
