You know how to gank or PvP... (i.e. WoW, and other Online games..)

So how in TESO....10-50 lvl can join in pvp zones.

A true gank, is normally max damage, how tactic against all classes system (strong/weakness), Gank-group would be top teamwork.

I think... Unlock classes, correct perks, professions to add character items, drink/food = extra bonus, guild bonus, more+++

Logic: More character levels, better survive, until 50 lvl.

Genkers don't show "grace" on weak players, they do not honor. 100 % murderers.

PvP System
The Elder Scrolls Online will feature large scale, massive player vs player combat in the form of Keep Sieges in the province of Cyrodiil. Three factions will go to war throughout the land, representing large scale combat of up to 220 combined players in Cyrodiil. (Multiple campaigns of Cyrodiil will run, pending player demand.)

No specific player faction limit will be implemented, other than reaching the overall zone cap (proposed 220 players). Communication between the factions will be non-existent. It appears that Cyrodiil will be the only host of player vs player combat.

Participation will be from level 10 upward through the maximum level of 50. Players Level 10-49 will see their characters battle-leveled, increasing their maximum hit points to gain a better chance of survival. Unfortunately, their current class abilities will remain in tact, granting the overall advantage still to the higher level players.

Siege weapons will be freely usable by any player inside of Cyrodiil. There will be multiple ways to enter the keeps, burning down walls and knocking down doors. The way you break into a keep, will be the way that you will inherit the keep upon success. Outside of the main Keeps will be smaller objective based pvp locations, allowing for groups of all sizes to have an impact and the solo player.

Guilds will have the ability to claim Keeps and will easily be grouped into the same Cyrodiil Campaign Instance. (There will be no teleporting to your friends location in Cyrodiil, with Cyrodiil’s unique ruleset.)

With the Mega-Server and Client technology, large scale combat was taken into consideration from day one. Allowing for the best server stabilization as possible. In the video that was shown to us, there was fluid game play running on the highest visual settings. The beautiful scenery is one to rival the environment in Age of Conan. (System requirements are fairly low to run the game.)

To my knowledge, there will not be character collision in PvP combat. Zone wide alerts will be implemented to notify you of Cyrodiil’s activities.

At this stage of development, there is no talk of implementing smaller battleground type matches (instances). While skilled based arena play-style is not completely off the table as an addition after launch.

Of course many other fan sites have added many good info of pvp. But just tell what you think for this....

This was also a feature in GW2, if you entered WvW (RvR) in that game, you were auto-scaled upwards to level 80 and had comparable health and attributes. However, a 'true' 80 could destroy you, simply because the statistics weren't false, they had more traits, better gear (Despite scaling), and also potentially more experience with their class than you.

However an upscaled player is still very useful, they aren't weak by a long shot, it's just that a fully levelled character is stronger.

yes. but i think it does not matter. at least everyone can do pvp. its better than cannot join pvp because of low in level. right?

there is no gankers vs pvp ers
there are PvP ers and weaklings that cant put up a serious fight and therfore gank newbs.

all of the rest has been said already. you will be upscaled but you wont be equal. this makes sense from a development standpoint. It both opens up the pvP for more players (Therfor draws in players that arent interrested in the PvE content) but still gives the high level players an advantage so there is still a pressure to level up and play the game longer.
Its pretty much just that.

Pretty much this.

I think that the game will have to communicate fairly well to players that "this is Cyrodiil, are you coming here alone? lolok, I'll meet you at the graveyard". Not that I need the warning, but some people new to zone control pvp will probably need it.

Even if they don't do it, people will likely learn quick.

I know how to handle gankers ... in Lineage 2 there was this very high level evil witch player who used to wait at the tomb level 10 players had to conquer to get to their first major class promotion and she used to *haunt* the entrance to the tomb and kill off all the lvl 10 players and she's like lvl 90. She'd do this night after night during prime playing time.

Everyone was huddled in the middle of town despairing "what are we going to do? We'll never level!" So I thought about it and I said "Let's all go to Windmill Hill and play with the bears and leave the B^*&$ her tomb.

So we did and she got bored and left, then we all went and leveled and stayed out of each others' way in doing so - getting it done fast in case she came back. But she never did --- muwahahahah!

Edit - Also, of course if someone attacks your low level character, come back immediately with your highest character and knock their block off.

Also, this morning my hubby called Cyrodiil the Mosh Pit to end all moshes ... hehe, crazy.

TESO - - Multiplayer: "M'aiq does not know this word. You wish others to help you in your quest? Coward! If you must, search for the Argonian Im-Leet, or perhaps the big Nord, Rolf the Uber. They will certainly wish to join you." M'aiq the Liar.

"Va Khaj Dar - Khajiity's united? M'aiq will join!" M'aiq the Liar

well. in this game. it will be easy to bring friends. because it is "mega server". so if you are ganked. you can find friends easily.
the developer knows what to do. don't worry guys

Well, whoever doesnt know whats Cyrodiil about would have to be both blind and deaf.

By entering the zone you simply accept the risk, thats why I like it being separated from the faction zones. While I dont consider myself being "PvPer" I quite looking forward to call on guildies, yo guys I need to farm some Supershiny Crimson Elven Apples to cook us Cider of Awesomness. Whos coming to watch my back? And there goes PvP with my friends that I would enjoy

The danger I forsee, and that havent been discussed yet is the "hardcore PvPers" being angry and upset that people venture to Cyrodiil to do quests and dungeons instead helping them in their Crusade of Ruby Throne. I am sure we will see that alot

If there is pvp gear in TES, the scaling won't mean anything just like it made SWTOR warzone pvp suck.

No. Player's skills, is the decision. Gears as pve and pvp will about same way, also weapons.

But professions to add gears/weapons, is just bonus.

i doubt there will be PvP gear. Devs stated that they want to bring PvP and PvE closeley together so yeah, at the end of the day, having PvP and PVE gear doesnt sound like its fitting into that equation.

There is a danger to that too. Lotro was just like that and the tiniest tweak to pve had quite a ripple in pvp.
