Once you have a key you have access to all beta's that follow. Please note stating that you're in beta breaks the NDA that you agreed to.

It does, but zenimax has said they don't enforce that part.

You can be uninvited for future betas, but you have to do something for that to happen. As long as you keep your nose clean and be a good beta tester your set.

Where does it say you're not supposed to tell anyone you're a beta tester?

I'm not causing any trouble by the way, it's just that I read the NDA and didn't read that anywhere.

The wording in the NDA is very confusing, it must have been written by a politician.

It never says don't talk about it, it's in lawyer speak. But it does make a statement that can be easily be taken as such. I don't remember the exact phrasing because, like I said, it's in lawyer speak.

But yeah, zenimax isn't enforcing that rule.

I got the basics of what it was trying to say while "reading" it *cough* but the wording is so ridiculously complicated you just end up glancing over it. I understood pretty much straight away though, as you have said, that they weren't taking any action about people letting others know that they were invited to the beta tests.

You just have to use common sense I think and respect their privacy and the NDA you signed. It's their game after all!

Zenimax has explicitly said that while saying you are in the beta IS against NDA, they understand people expressing their excitement and as long as they go no further than that, they are fine with it.

each beta Is diff. You need a invite to each. Being In one doesn't mean you will be In others.

There have been people stating they are in BETA since the very first one.
The facts are it doesn't matter who gets in and who doesn't and the chances of figuring out what they want from each of those people is just too low.

But given the point in time, there are actually handfuls of people who have broken the NDA without realizing it, I actually did myself, upon realized the information was only there in the email I was sent I had the Forum Admins edit quotes of my post.

But 2 months from release and they are loosening their NDA for certain media outlets spells only one thing.
They are using those media outlets to generate a lot of positive hype, to increase sales and late BETA sign-ups.

Then I'm guessing they will let the NDA go and the players of the BETA who have been busting to spill their thoughts will flood the internet, making TESO such a common name to hear, really they are using their NDA as a hype turbo.. Spool it up and let it rip.

In the e-mail they sent to me, they were saying that I should invite friends, giving me some sources where you can sign up for a beta key, so necessarily I have to tell my friends I got a beta key if I am to invite them, aren't I?
Also, I think those who got the beta key these days (yesterday or the day before yesterday) will be able to log in and on the next one with the same character on the level they left them, though I'm not pretty sure.

Some said this:

If you are posting here on the forum you are in this weekends beta so REJOICE
make sure you are set to us server in launcher it is the wheel in top right of launcher, check for updates then PLAY -YAY ! also:

I'm a player from Europe, which server should I be connecting to for this beta?

Updated 02/25/2014 12:12 PM Published 02/24/2014 11:53 AM
Players should note that the current beta will ONLY be testing the North American server and requires the launcher's region to be set to the United States.

Changing the region to Europe will result in the launcher downloading a new version of the game client. Using that new client, the player will not be able to take part in the upcoming beta.

Players will still have the ability to play the game in any of the three supported languages (English/French/German) by selecting the desired language from the Language dropdown in the Settings menu.

Do we really have to change it to the US servers?
