![]() Community Guild Spotlight It has happened. TESOF has conducted the first random drawing for the Community Guild Spotlight series. As the first of a new series of community spotlights, TESOF is pleased to present a short article on the first lucky guild:
Knights/Council of Magnus of the Aldmeri Dominion, RP-US
![]() Knights/Council of Magnus is led by TESOF members Archmage Rythis and Ceydro. As one would suspect, both gentlemen are gamers and began their fascination with the hobby back in the good ole' cartridge days. Rythis has the most MMO experience of the two, having played Everquest, Dark Age of Camelot, Guild Wars and World of Warcraft. TESOF asked these two guild leaders a few questions in order to find out what their outlook was on the development of their guild, and what they are aiming for as far as members and playstyle. TESOF: What are your objectives with the guild? AR/C: We want to ensure that we are a close community of friends who enjoy role playing in this universe that we have all come to love. I wanted to create a guild that would have a place for all players who might be interested. We have a guild that is divided into many different divisions. For instance, there is a division for crafters, and those who want to focus primarily on combat, can join our Army (Which is run by Ceydro and the Knights Magus.). We want to be a major force in the Dominion's vie for power in Cyrodiil while still being a viable guild for those who wish to focus on PVE elements such as questing, dungeons, and social interactions. TESOF: What type of players are you looking for? AR/C: Since we are focusing on both PvP and PvE, we have no specific candidates in mind, other than those players who are mature, and are willing to RP within the viewpoints and scope of the guild. This guild does require you to RP in character. So, proper grammar and punctuation is encouraged. There are no age limitations as this time, but there are also no limitations on the language that will be used out of character. So, I encourage people to think about what truly offends them, and for parents to watch their children, and if anyone has an issue either of the Leaders or our Officers will do everything in our power to resolve the issue in a mature manner. Ultimately, both gentlemen have grown quite fond of the Elder Scrolls Online fan communities, namely TESOF. They are looking forward to playing with the people they've "met" here and elsewhere and are hoping to build a small community of their own. Their rosters are growing, and they hope to meet more of you all in the coming weeks and months! Remember folks, this is Role-Playing guild. That entails certain expected behavior. Their guild listing can be found here: http://www.tesof.com/topic-council-of-magnus-rp-us As this is the first in a new series of spotlight events, be sure to follow the calendar schedule and apply for your chance to be featured! As more guilds apply, the drawings are likely to become quite competitive and the article interviews more in-depth.
