you can do all these things save for conjuration with any class.
So id suggest you go for Sorcerer.

Basically what Sordak said. The only conjuration skills we know of are Sorcerer skills (Daedric Summoning Line). You can use any armor and weapons with any class and use the skills you get from those trees, so that's not an issue.

If you're up to it as well it sounds like the build you want would make a good tank. Heavy armour helps with extra health pool. like they said if you only use summoning skills on the hotbar for your class abilities you could add a shield to increase armour. As well summoned creatures are good for distracting enemies from teammates. This could be a pretty solid tank build, if you like that kinda thing. Could just as well be a great dps build

Yes, but if I wanted to be a tank conjurer, I take it that sorcerer is the best way to go.

So yeah a summoning tank sorcerer is extremely possible.

I'm thinking putting 25 level points into health, then 17/18 (can't decide) points into magic/mana, then 7/8 (again, cannot decide if I want to level one more stamina or mana, because 35% of 50 - 17.5, 15% of 50 - 7.5, 50% of 50 - 25). Would that be a good take sorcerer?

i realy would not go into metagame before we know what the classes and the skill trees exactly do.
