will there be any holiday events happening/planned like christmas, Halloween, easter...ecet and also will there be vanity items, something like a charm that will turn your character into a deaedra for an hour or something...OR have like a deaedra prince specific to the holiday that will give you quests and stuff, i could go on and on and on:D

I would say no, unless similar events are to be found in the existing lore. The TES series has always been quite focused on lore, having the right sceneries and mood. Suddenly noticing a christmas tree in the middle of a marketplace of <insert village> would put me off immensely. I would prefer if they instead, made up some of their own holiday events that makes sense lore-wise.

I wouldn't mind seeing lore-related holidays that take place during real world holidays (as long as it makes sense). Other than that, I don't care too much about seeing holidays in game. Hosting holiday events seems perfectly fine, however.

I would love holiday events but make them lore related. LOTRO and SWTOR do this very well, although LOTRO's are too long in my view. SWTOR's are great because they don't necessarily relate to Earth holidays and are truly more event like than multi-week celebrations (things like Rakghoul outbreak and Grand Acquisitions race).

im not saying they should be lore breaking, to make something like that so it draws in more than just lore lovers, i enjoy both, what stitchersflock said making it tie in with the lore, even in the world of elders scrolls they must have holidays

ES have their holiday events, so god protect us from halloween nonsense around the game

Having a temporary option to summon lets say Azura on 21st of First Seed .... now thats a perfectly fitting dynamic event isnt it?

Debating with someone on the Internet is like mudwrestling with a pig. You get filthy and the pig loves it

well without something like that to do it will leave the casual players less inclined to try the game, and it will also add the feel of realism to role players to fell like the world is actually alive instead of the same thing every month, almost every mmo has monthly events, and why cant monthly events fit in with the lore?

cause there are no simmilar events in the TES lore. Thats why. Either the holyday itself or the lore will suffer in the process... and no i dont think casual players will care too much about the absense of holiday events...

I guess some important events in pre-TESO lore currently unattached to any specific calendar date could be tied to real world holiday dates... But they would have to be something all factions share.

none of wich i think of. there would be a few but none would be celebrated by, for example both the pact and the dominion.

Wrong, as I would be the type of player labeled as casual since I despise raiding etc, the absence of holidays and special events would be a turn off and a reason to NOT play

then, as far as im concerned, there is no need for you to play it. If celebrating silly commercial holidays is reason enaugh for you to play a game, or more to the point its abscence beeing a major tunroff. I dont think i can realy take your opinion seriously.

also if you like those holidays wouldnt you rather spend them doing something else....

I think myself that holidays and other events can be used to help to sustain a community in the game, to create something that if only briefly could bring PvPers, PvErs, casuals and hardcores alike together. So it's not just something that necessarily conflicts with normal working of the game, but can re-invigorate the community a bit. Something that brings the players out of the normal "routine" for a few days.

But then I tend to like holidays in games, so I'm not objective. When I still played WoW, in the game the server time was one hour later than where I live, so I celebrated the new year in real life and then briefly locked in to the celebrate it there. And as such things are purely voluntary, I don't think much if any harm is done to anyone by them, although I admit it can harm your immersion if you a really hardcore roleplayer.
