I specialize in Clothing and have been amassing a collection of hemming + embroidery, however I'm not sure whether to use it now (at lvl 24) and make some OK kit which will then be wasted when I reach the next level, or save it for endgame and create awesome gear. I'm leaning towards the latter as it takes ~4 hemming to create a better piece of equipment each time. Thoughts?

Feel free to occasionally upgrade your gear as you wish, especially to green quality. By the time you reach endgame you'll have plenty of hemming to spare, and investing 3 points into the "Improvement Skill" will allow you to upgrade white items to green for only 2 hemming with a 100% chance of success.

Of course you may want to be a bit more stingy with your blue improvement materials, and save your purples and yellows for veteran 10.

Character Profiles:
Endaros Ilmori - Buoyant Armiger
Sunrio - Aldmeri Justiciar

Taren Jucanis - Imperial Deserter (Used for The Black Shroud RP)

Lately I've been gathering quiet a lot of hemming which is good stuff, how ever my embroidery count is still quite low. So next time I create an item ill definitely make it green.
