Quick thoughts most likeley more to come:

- Very purple, unlike the style in Morrowind that was more a green/Red theme with stuff like the Daedroth that was directly associated with him.
- his new followers look silly but compelling, depending on what they actually do with it. I still think they should have scales covering parts of their body to keep up with morrowinds theme of him. Also they look basically like generic DnD Thieflings with generic demon horns and all that. Daedra =/= Demons, just cause it starts with D its not the same thing.
-architecture in Coldharbour is hit n miss. The Pyramid looks good, the temple not so much.
-layout suggests a dungeony structure with alot of rocky spines potentialy serving as the outside walls.
-the animations for the Dark Anchros looking mighty fine, tho i still doubt that they alone will be good enaugh to serve as dynamic events that will keep people entertained, the whole notion of them is extremeley gamey.
-the bald little thralls have extremeley low poly models and smudgy textures. i assume so they can have tons of em onscreen. The main problem with them is that they do not give the feel of tortured enslaved people, they look too zombie like as that anyone could actually sympathize with them, they should have just taken regular character models in rags for that!

Some insight on other provinces:

-the Argonian symbol is actually just this carving of Quetzalcoatl so the thing is. ALOT Of things in TES are directly taken from the real world. but they are usually thrown in with some other stuff to actually fit tamriel. this is a 1:1 copy that has nothing to do with black marsh culture. disapointment.
Also the statue seems to indicate that argonian weapons, simmilar to the aztec ones, are stone splinters attached to a wood "sword"

Also: the name "The soulless one" makes me think that they should have gotten a way more "Planescape Torment" like route with Coldharbour (cue Nameless one)

I hoped the dark Anchors would be more... literally. They look fine, but they are more like... hooks Imo. And I hoped they would fall from the sky, out of a dark, gloomy thunder cloud, not from... daedric star gates... ;)

Who knocked Yokuda off the maps?
Who keeps the Dwemer under wraps?

Here I imagined the whole earth quaking and shattering as a giant anchor would strike down upon from heavens and the cold grasp of Coldharbour would twist the very reality itself... Now what I see looks a lot like Rift's Rifts. Things that honestly did not appear to be as they are described as being.

As for the actual realm, were those horned guys dremora? Some of his minions don't appear that threatening considering the nature of Molag Bal, but I found the enslaved souls of men with little to no hope left being what I expected them to look like. All in vain and despair.

I would have liked to see the dark anchors have some kind of effect on the environment around them, much like the gates from Oblivion. Would have made for much more dramatic effect, and having daedroth around the anchors would make it more of a challenge to destroy.

Nice , thanks for the link Najla , I certainly prefer the look of Coldharbour to the goddamn Deadlands from Oblivion , I got so sick of that bright red screen every time I went into an Oblivion gate lol.

Edit ~ Also I'm guessing that old Molag Bal is shy around the ladies since he doesn't seem to have captured any , at least none that I can see lol.... D:

Also , at the very end of the video you see the anchor being withdrawn and what looks like an Argonian standing in front of a standing stone covered in Daedric letters, Don't suppose any lore guys could try to translate that ?

thanks for the screenies. btw dont you find it weird that they still use the OLD character models in that video?
EDIT: i also agree with idriar, they should come from the sky since coldharbour is literaly in the void (which is the sky)
Also one more thing i dont like about the weird new dudes: human skin colour, daedra usually dont have human skin.

Where is the sludge underfoot and the fire in the sky? *sigh*

It doesn't look bad. Not exactly like Coldharbour should but nothing in ESO looks exactly as it should, either.

One thing that concerns me, in the video the thralls are all identical, same look, height, shape, shading, colours etc, you can get away with cutting this corner in games where NPCs are sporadic, but if you have you have LOADS of chars on screen at a time (like the thralls) then this sticks out like a sore thumb.

I hope this is just a BETA thang.

Perhaps the robed dudes don't possess individual identities though they could have added different genders. My opinion on video shows Coldharbour sets the same tone as the Soul Cairn, same atmosphere. Not necessary a bad thing. The architecture looks amazing yet I could see myself getting bored doing milage all the time unless they mix things up with different scenarios, puzzles and traps ect.

Thanks for the link. The vid looks good. The dark anchors were pretty close to what I thought they would be, but I agree that maybe they should come from the sky. Overall it looks good to me.
