Incase anyone who hasn't heard of this game, its the most underrated singleplayer RPG I have ever played. Not to get confused with the best RPG I ever played (Fallout 2, Ultima games, Morrowind).

Watch some of this review or all of it, its by Angry Joe, my personal favorite game reviewer. If your looking for something to hold you over until TESO, this is it.

I got bored with it and just wanted it to end at about the second to last zone. It was a good game with lots of room to grow though, to bad the company collapsed after making it.

Yea I actually have had the game for a long time but have only put 18 hours into it, just had other games and things going on. It was a good deal at %70 off. I hope what your talking about doesn't happen for me, because I do think it is underrated. It is better then Fable 2 & 3 in a lot of ways. Yea I agree it is too bad the company collapsed.

I had nothing to do so I binge played it. I'm sure if I had taken it slow I wouldn't have gotten bored with it so fast. I do agree with you that it was everything fable should have been though.

I thoroughly enjoyed it but I found the difficulty was the main thing that causes it to seem like a waste of time to do ANYTHING. If you have better reflexes than a dead rat, you can dodge about anything, and the crowd control moves were too OP. I wound up limiting myself to certain skills just to keep things interesting.

The environments were gorgeous, so I found myself just walking around not doing anything but look at shit, and that was awesome.

I do have to recommend Dragon's Dogma for a thirst quenching game. It's so unforgiving and the boss fights feel like more than hacking at something's ankles. It does not hold your hand; it's actually more like the parent who stands and watches their kid put their hand on a hot stove so that they learn the lesson themselves.

Which is more difficult: To do as you wish? Or to have power and choose not to?

If you play the game on Hard with a pure Finesse build like I am doing it is decently challenging, at least so far. I am still not even level 20 I don't think, am full Finesse. I haft to pop health potions sometimes. I mean yes, you can dodge roll kite the crap out of mobs in the game and not be hit at all if your patient. Then when you figure out the enemies patterns then you have them. However their are a lot of enemy variations in this game and they all have unique looks & abilities.

I completely do not follow the quest or dialogue in the game, I skip through it all, it is hard to follow (I guess if I tried to follow it I could sure..). That is the only negative I have about the game really. However the spell effects in this game are phenomenal!

I am only level 16, ok, I uploaded a couple videos. Put it in 1080p, the video will sync up a few seconds in. My daggers are broken here, I run into a new enemy I've never encountered yet, potions save my ass.

Later in I fix my daggers,

Here is a spell effect in the game, uploaded by someone else, its epic.

At higher levels my build (full Finesse) gets more exciting. Definitely going to play a pure caster next playthrough.

I agree, Finesse was the most fun. I've done it through on hard mode, spell casting starts the most difficult but they get so much CC later, I laugh at everything. Playing yo-yo with those niskaru tyrants (I think that's their name) is fun
