Lack of support BIG TIME

I don't know about anyone else but according to my experience, TESO support SUCK's big time. I had a problem where I bought the standard version by mistake. I emailed they back when they sent me my confirmation about the sale that I had gotten the wrong one by mistake. They asked for account verification which I gave them so that they could cancel my standard buy so that I could be the top one. It is now going on the week with no resolution.
I have used the "Support" section in the past but it never went to any support. Today I tried support again and found they have a "chat" support. I signed in and got to "waiting for an agent". It is now over an hour and half and still no "agent". If they are not going to response to this support then they shouldn't put it up.

I played SWTOR for a while but the support was so bad that the lack of support was one of the reason that I quit playing it.

Just beware if you have any problems with your TESO account, good luck it getting it fixed.

The game isn't out yet, while you haven't paid for it either. (you will get charged on the 30th of March).
And I wonder why you bought from their shop at full price, when you can buy it even at Amazon with discount.

If he bought it from their shop, it got charged at point of sale, he has paid for it.

I've had contact with their support twice, and both times have been excellent. Good CS and prompt answers both via ticket and chat. You must have been really unlucky and ended up between chairs.

Regarding SWTOR CS-department, I've had contact with them too, via ticket + phone, they called me up promptly after submitting a ticket and resolved the matter in minutes. I like their CS department too.

Ive used their support several times and had excellent response times and had really positive results,
Also the support they are offering to those in BETA events, and with their forum they are very on top of things.

I personally have not had better MMO support from any MMO, and this one isn't even released yet.

That was the case on the previous session, when the server went down for 6 hours almost.

Great support and indeed is still in Beta.

I also pre-purchased the Digital Imperial Edition from the store and decided i might go for the Xbox One version instead so i contacted the support on monday i think it was and still have no idea if they going to refund me or if i need to contact them again hmmm

Send them an email and show some patience. Moaning about the response time for a game that is still in beta is just pathetic.

I emailed them with a query about the last beta and they responded within 24 hours, you can't ask for more than that!

You have to remember, they are being slammed with preorders and getting ready for the beta this weekend. They are very busy right now and I'm sure they will get back to you as soon as they can.

You're right, I misread it and thought he was moaning about waiting for just an hour. Apologies to Drudge and I hope he gets an answer soon, although it might take longer than normal at the moment with the amount of work they have on.

I don't think you should be playing ESO, it's rated M for mature and you don't seem to fall under that category.

Now about the support. I emailed them once about changing userid because I didn't want my name in game. I got a reply like 10 minutes after saying that they will send my message to the right person. It has been about 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything else. I sent another support a few days ago and still haven't heard anything for that one either.
