So we know that at level 10 you can enter Cyrodiil and start to PvP. We also know that the game automatically gives you level 50 equivalent stats. What I want to know is if playing PvP nonstop once your level 10 is a viable way of leveling up to 50 if you don’t feel like questing. I thought I heard in an interview that it will be possible to gain XP in PvP but they never mentioned how much compared to if you were to quest or run dungeons. Just thought it would be interesting if it was allowed since they have the whole philosophy of playing however you want.

I would imagine the whole 'you can play how you want to play' and the fact that PvP is a massive massive part of TESO is a good indication of leveling through PvP.

Who would rather level through PvP then enjoy the storyline of an Elder Scrolls game though??

Someone who is leveling an alt or someone who is playing the game solely for PvP. Since PvP also has its own levels and points that can be spent on stuff it's basically a headstart.

Well i am guessing, but since you need 120h+ of game play to get to lvl 50, if you do 120h of pvp you should also be able to get to lvl 50 in pvp only, in Cyrodill there will be quests and dungeons so it will help you lvl. I hope if you trying to lvl alt in pvp you get xp bonus items, somthin similar to WoW did.

PvP may not even give character exp for your actual level but will give better exp for leveling your weapon/skills etc? that would be more fair, especially since at 50 thats what players will be doing.

Hardcore PvPers. I barely touched my storyline in GW2.

Leveling through PvP is ok and it is apparently going to exist in game, but I don't think you can just go straight to level 50 from PvPing and the reason is the gear. You have to complete dungeons or slay other creatures in PvE so as to get you more powerful gear orelse you're going to be a piece of cake for those who will be level 15, let's say, and have found more badass and powerful gear than yours which will be the starter ones.
