I Am looking to buy a reasonably priced Graphics card that will boost my performance for when ESO comes out but will not be so outdated by the end of the year.

At the moment I have a quite good, but old Geforce 9800gt 1gb

I am thinking of getting a Geforce 650ti Boost 2gb

this one:

What do you guys think? would this GPU be OK to play ESO at a reasonably good quality?

Might want to consider this one...

http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-geforc...tml?src=15

I have been using it for a while now and have been very pleased with the results. Runs cool & quiet and I get max settings
with excellent frame rates. Note that I'm using an Asus VG248QE
which runs at 144hz 1920x1080, so if you push higher in res
you'll see a drop in fps. Can't speak on the overclock because I haven't felt the need to yet.

Check out all the user reviews , and good luck!

Ok thanks, get 2 games as freebies as well can't be bad, would this card be sufficient enough to play ESO at mid-high settings you think?

First of all, I owe you an apology. The card I am running is
actually this one.

http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-geforc...tml?src=15

Well since they haven't released system requirements yet,
it's hard to say. But since MMOs are usually a bit more forgiving
I am going to guess pretty darn close to Ultra. I can run SWTOR,
LOTRO and Skyrim maxed at "out-of-the-box" (Haven't tried GW2 yet.)

I received a Metro download code when I bought the card and will
redeem it when the game launches. Check out the System Requirements here...

LOL....GTX Titan...those bad boys cost about $1000 USD.
Ouch!!!

Yeah that titan...whoa, My entire PC doesn't even cost that much, but as you and I know, pc components have a very short shelf life, and I am sure it will be knocked off the top soon enough

After reading and seeing reviews about both of the cards above, it seems that the 660 would get a better performance and is less costly than the Ti boost, anyway.
So I am going to take your first advice, plus metro last Light and AC3, it works out a damn good bargain, thanks for the advice, I will let you know how it goes after I install it should be next week.

At the Moment I am playing Planetside 2, So I am hoping for a
10-20 FPS boost, fingers crossed.

I almost bought two of them to upgrade my 680 SLI's, good thing I waited for next gen. GTX 780 will be using the same cooler as the Titan but the 780 has 6GB VRAM.

@Stinkyremy

Nvidia's GTX x60 Ti's have always been the "best bang for the buck" grade of video cards. HD x850 is AMD's equivalent.

The x60 Ti is the most popular grade, it often go on sale and sometimes even drop lower than non-Ti's. Something to keep in mind.

Got the GTX 660 you 1st advised, Installed it and have seen a 20-30 Framerate rise in Planetside 2, not to mention the quietness of the gpu, so I am well happy, thanks.

Yeah played it this weekend, its a great game, and freeky as heck, especially when in the tunnels. I liked it so much, I think I'm gonna get Metro 2033. I'm gonna play it again on hard first, and if its still not hard enough get the ranger DLC, "how it's ment to be played".
I also got assassins creed 3 with it, the games which I would normally play on xbox, I'm playing that next, then going back to metro.
