We have "Important Topics"

But "Pinned" call as second important topics?

or a better name you can find out, Tecca.

So later if a member feel own topics would need as pinned, ask Tecca to allow to do it.

All right, but what with second important then?..

Kind as following ranks of topics from other forums:

Announcement as "Important topic".
Sticky as "second important topic"...

Maybe we add "Sticky" too?

We have Announcements and stickies. The announcements go above everything, and the sticky/pinned topics come directly after them. Check the Applications forum to see an example of an Announcement.
