With that being said, we are also a DRAMA FREE guild who allows members to pursue all avenues of their gaming career to their fullest extent.

Dedicated and experienced leaders are here to make sure you have a good time while playing The Elder Scrolls Online. One aspect of good leadership is listening to the wants/needs of their members and with that in mind, every full rank member or higher has a voice in the guilds direction!

Active Community

We encourage our members to be vocal and to participate in our community. Many of our members have known one another for several years spanning countless games as well as coming from all different walks of life. It is in this diversity that we consider this to be our biggest strength. We employ forums and chat features on our website for members to communicate freely as well as a VOIP program will be used here shortly.

Core/Casual/RP Friendly Environment

Progen is a casual and role playing guild. We welcome casuals and role players alike with open arms and actually look forward to adding them to our ranks. Everyone will play at a different pace and as members of this online community, we are respectful and understand that not everyone will be going for server firsts.

The ability to chat amongst members is given upon being accepted into the community. This unlocks the "chat" for members to converse with one another on a daily basis.

Progen is primarily based on the west coast, but we accommodate players from all over the United States and Europe.

In-game Guild Positions
--------------------
(Listed Below) - There is no order of power except for the Guild Leader and Captains. Captains will obtain power throughout the guild and anyone from any branch will have the opportunity to become one.

-Captains: Captains are the gaming equivalent of Officers. It is their responsibility to help run the day to day operations as well as host a wide variety of guild events. Events range from Castle Sieges or small scale skirmishes to community events like scavenger hunts. Officers will be chosen upon the games release based on how active they have been in the community prior and after the games launch.

-Knights: The Proud Knights are those who have proven themselves and have earned the title of member. Becoming a member will be easier at the start of TESO, and will progressively become harder and harder to obtain. As a Knight you are our show of skill, determination, and perseverance to show the world just what Progen Members are capable of.

-Recruits: As the name suggest you are the new blood to the community. Almost no one knows who you are so take this opportunity to introduce yourself to our community. There are some threads in the members forums to help you. As they say, you only get one first impression, so make yours count! Upon the completion of your recruitment period, members will vote on your member status. So make friends and lasting impressions as the people you communicate with will be the ones who decide your fate.
