Remember to have lots, and lots of penises. GoT wouldn't be GoT without the sheer quantity of penises it has.

Wow I never knew were like this...
I am, I love it and I love you.

[continue on with a scene of lots and lots of cringe worthy gay sex with moan and all]

You have no idea how tempting it is to ask if we could add that by you joining...

Go on, you know you want to. I could even do it with you, if you like it like that.

Jk I'm not really into RP-ing, I just saw the Game of Thrones RP and couldn't resist.

I was referring to the fact that one more penis would be involved if you were in it...

Every penis counts in GoT.

I'm just going to come right out and say it:

I'm not gay. If I had said it, I would be calling you a nob. It's not an insult. Just an indication of my wit. Or so I thought...

Also you know about my proposal for creating our own war of the Five kings, are you still against it?

Not sure if I have any saying in this, but I would. Reading RP's as stories is much more entertaining if its filled with intrigue, plotting and sorts instead of reading 50 pages of descriptions of combat.

The GoT war I want is one filled with 85% of plotting and intrigues and with 15% with the war itself, to one of the war RP's I made we had over 800 posts with only a part about plotting, diplomacy and intrigues.

So I am not aiming for a long RP with only battles, its about the RP around the war, not that you constantly go from battle to battle.

I said that I wanted it as the war in Asoiaf :P

The war just makes things more interesting dangerous and tense, also it would start Little bit Before the war like the books did and then play out mostly as the books also did up to the first battle when the Lannisters scattered the Tully forces that were trying to gather in the Golden tooth pass to keep the Lannisters away.

Ok well screw the War thing, I still want to play a GoT RP.

How about that we try this out again, but we use more powerful characters so that we really can engage in the Game of Thrones? Minor nobles wont be able to affect a thing. With a Martell or Lannister for example things would be different...

The leverage between lower politics and higher politics is the same. The effects might not be as disastrous on the country, but we're not looking at the effects. We're concentrating on the same things as the higher houses: alliances, blackmail, assassination.

Also, lower houses have more variety to them, and leave it open to originality. Higher houses have already been created, and so there are very few options to take.

Why exactly do you want a RP between the higher lords

Well lets say if I were a Vale Lord that are the Lord over Gulltown, or a Manderly. Something like that. Someone far more powerful than the very small lords and ladys that we were playing as Before.

I like it more when one step wrong can be more disastrous, also as a higher lord you would have larger funds to use, people at Court would give a carp what you were saying and listen, something that they wouldnt to to a small lord.

The higher politics are much more intense and you have a larger influence over the World, that is why i want to try this out as a higher lord :)

So what do you say?

One small step can be very disastrous. It brings down the whole family: the thing which every GoT character fears. The only difference with the higher lords is that the average foot-soldiers and knights die as well.

We're not getting involved with the world. The whole small-scale thing was so it didn't have an effect on the story overall of GoT.

Small scale politics can be just as intense as high scale politics. Yeah, nobody dies in Westminster coups, but there's probably more realpolitik than there was in the Bolshevik Revolution.
