Skill lines revealed

While source is a leak, bethesda forum moderators are happily hosting them without any objections so I guess we can freely discuss the skill lines

So far those have been revealed:

Sorcerer class skills
Templar class skills
Armor skill lines
Weapon skill lines

Rages conclusions:

- Any class can tank, because you dont need any class skills at all to do so
- It is viable to mix armor set and reap multiple lesser benefits
- There is no "Arrow in the Knee" snare in Bow skill line which makes me very unhappy
- Anyone can heal indeed, healing isnt fulltime job with being idle between heals, healers still fight as well
- It is possible to go pure healer with templar and healing staff and slot only heals ... but why the hell would anyone do so?

I've been looking at the Beth-forums - it's nice bits of info, though I have to say they are leaning a lot towards the three standard types through their armour and weapons, the skills all seem very stereotypical. Not necessarily a bad thing, but they claimed utter freedom and creativity.

Yep, I'm hoping that you can actually mix and match important skills from each armour type rather than be forced to take useless skills in order to get the ones you want.

Its good to know I can construct an entirely physical dmg/defence character, though.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE BOW SKILLS.
No dagger tree, daggers are grouped with dual-wielding. Did I miss something about sneak bonuses somewhere? There are no sneak +damage bonuses in the weapon or armour trees.......no sneak openers? Will they tack it onto a class...

Critical charge, Shield Charge and Focused charge have all range 15-19m

Most of snares got lower range, not mentioning Bracing mechanic or Immovable from Heavy armor tree

Weighted shot, scatter shot for when things get close.
But, buuuuuuuut, the medium armour tree is all about escaping, imo. With movement boosts after dodge rolls, snare reduction and faster sprinting.
And, I'm gonna assume if you try and re-sneak during combat that it has like a timer, and if you don't get hit before the timer finishes you successfully sneak again.
And omgosh, weapon swap to dual-wield so I can throw out a blind.
And volley immobilizes. HOLY CRAP AN AOE IMMOBILIZE THAT ISN'T FOR A SPELL CASTER <3

I agree, however what i ask my self is what about the rest of the skill tree we don't know about? These seem like too short skill trees for someone who reaches max level. That leads me to believe that there will be more in the game that aren't shown here.

1v1 against someone with those abilities is going to be a very long and drawn out fight as I use improved sprint speed to keep at my 28m range to kite.
BUT THAT'S BORING AS HELL.
So, I shall be sitting around at range in group fights attempting to control the enemy so that my buddies can stab them.

Hmmm, I'm also thinking I may want to be a templar ranger. Maybe.....
NOPE GONNA BE A SORCERER RANGER.

OH WAIT, SO LIKE, SAY I HAVE DUAL WEAPONS LEVELED UP ENOUGH TO GET SPARKS THE ACTIVATE THAT BLINDS, IF I AM USING A BOW, CAN I USE SPARKS WITHOUT CHANGING WEAPONS? IS THAT HOW IT WORKS? PLEASE LET THAT BE HOW IT WORKS.

I like the Templar trees. Very versatile. Can be healer, ranged or melee. Even tank or damage dealer.

I also like dual wielding tree. Looks fun.

Seems like I'll be going Melee Templar Dual wielder :D

Loving the new info.
If beth/ZoS have no issue with this info released Id imagine its safe to assume that ability testing is already finished.
Can't be far off larger Beta events.

There have been alot of tweaks in Sorcerer abilities (comparing this leak vs mudcrab slayer leek), regarding cost and duration of abilities. So they are obviously working on it

The lead admin just locked all the thread on beth forums, so seems they are not that cool with it, one cannot but wonder why they kept Sorcerer leak there for 2 months and how locking would help since the info is still there and very much view-able

I'm not immediately blown away as it would be nice to see something more obscure, like the other classes (presuming there will be more). The Dragon knight sounds flashy yet no further detail. I do agree with Tris about them being seemingly stereotypical. I also don't understand why they only have Destruction and Restoration staffs, would be nice to see staffs more diverse.
