What race did you play? What type of class did you play, mage, warrior, archer, mix? I am wondering because I am going to make another guy on Skyrim, this time with mods, so I am wondering which class would be most fun to play with when you can use mods. It's between mage and warrior, because I have already played as archer/assassin before.

The two worst strategic mistakes to make are acting prematurely and letting an opportunity slip; to avoid this, the warrior treats each situation as if it were unique and never resorts to formula, recipes or other people's opinions.

i played an light armored nord with heavy shild and 1 handed weapon, a bit of restoration magic ( not specced, just used from time to time in fights at low lvl, most for self healing). the gameplay style, crouching/sneaking to check the lokation( and hearing what a the npc are speaking or singing), used a bit the bow, also no points invested into the bow skills, ( killing silently the weak patrolling enemys) bevor i pull out my weapon and shild to attack the other. Because this was my first playtrough and still is and i also like to use and have an bigger variarity i focused on light armor,block,1handed and later on i started focusing also on heavy armor and 2 handed and smithing so i could use all kind of warrior weapons and armors so i could stay flexible and to have the chance of using and crafting all armors and weapons i like ( i am not entchanting my sets or use the smithing skills to make the armor better, because i dont use mods right now and want to have an challange and not killing the monster with 2 hits and i want to still get heart from them, but i wear an magic resist gear so i dont have to use restoration magic or potions, i still get magic dmg but the dmg is ok, not to much and not to low).

Btw if your choise is not clear between mage and warrior you could make an mix of both. i would like to play an mage with 2handed weapon and magic but thats not possible in skyrim as it is in oblivion ( maybe morrowind?), so you will need to use 1 handed weapon in one hand and an spell in ther other hand. So you dont have to open all the time the spell book or the weapon inventory. This is how i could imagane an mix, but to be honest i didnt think much about any other mixes of warrior and mage :D

I am actually playing Skyrim right now to get a hang about what ES is about until ESO opens.

I am playing an Orc, Heavy Armor, Axe and Shield and sometimes two handed axe, smithing.

What I need to know is where is the local library so I can donate all these dang books I am collecting lol

I am playing a Redguard female, Named Najla. (Imagine that!) She is sword and board, heavy armor. Which is a little different from how I usually play Skyrim/Oblivion. In the past, I'd always used bow and played as an archer, but this time I restricted myself and said "NO!! you have to try something different in your TES games". I'm getting use to it now, but weaning myself off bow was difficult at first.

I had just posted a pic of her in the screenshot thread just yesterday actually if you'd like to check out her appearance: http://www.tesof.com/topic-post-your-scr...9#pid55409

I usually play a basic Redguard or Nord warrior/tank type (since it seems to be easiest lol ) but my second playthrough I went with a Breton Mage , I found it difficult at first but as I leveled up it became so easy , Mage is so powerful when you get to a decent level , especially using summoning.

I played a Bosmer assasin and a Nord Dual-wielder, both awesome as hell. And since you already played an assasin, I recommend the warrior.
