Would a glyph like Glyph of Crushing stack if it is on two weapons? Let's say it reduces target armor by 45 for 5 seconds. If I dual wield and put it on both weapons, would it then reduce target armor somewhere around 90, given diminishing returns and what not?

My thoughts are that it won't stack the debuff but reset the timer on the debuff. Feel free to weigh in.

Even if they were different levels? I'd assume the enchant would trigger it's own unique debuff, so if you had 2 different levels of the enchant, would it apply both debuffs, or only the strongest of the two?

If you plan to use two weapons one of which is 10 levels lower than the other one, you could try. But I wouldn't guarantee you anything.
