Skyrim conquerer. Morrowind and Oblivion vet. Long-time single-player computer gamer W/custom-made hi-perf OCd PC. Mostly RTS and a few action games.
Noob to MMOs.
Crappy satellite Internet very laggy pings 700-1000 not god for gaming, can't play most online games but ESO works good enough.

dont bother calling, they will tell you to leave a message. e-mail, i got a response about 15 hours later (that was completely usless). i'm guessing thats the best they got.

i found the fastest way to get a response is using the email on the eso support web page

GTK, and I agree; I have done both many times. When you answer (reply) their e-mailed responses you get nothing BTW - have to submit another with that web page. Always paste the incident number in. They have responded to my responses this method.

Also I have had a continuous stream of responses from in-game support tickets (e-mailed to me) but the vast majority of them were for reporting players spamming the chat and had a generic "we are investigating that" and 'we will not report our findings.' When you report in-game, you get the option of a screenshot and that often can help validate your complaint properly - in the case of reporting chat spamming I included a screenshot of the spam W/the player's name at the top (if you change the "social" font to 8 or 9 the chat box holds several more lines of text, then you can restore it to 16 later).
