Hwrath came to Whitehawke by way of a basket, carried by one of the many refugees fleeing Orsimer attacks. Apparently, Hwrath was found hidden under his mother, an attractive (by Orsimer Standards)'wisewoman' who succumbed to several arrow wounds. The refugee, unknown to Hwrath, apparently came across the Orsimer woman and child alone in the wild. According to the refugee, the mother and child seemed to be traveling alone and were well away from known Orsimer strongholds and travel routes. Hwrath would learn later that the refugee relayed to the Orphanage that his mother was apparently killed by several arrows to the back. Orsimer arrows.

As a young Orc living amongst humans was, at times, a challenge. Hwrath was much stronger and more aggressive compared to the human children and because of this, he was often not included in the normal horseplay and at times ostracized from even spectating. Having broken the arms of two children while "pretend fighting", this was probably best. Hwrath was always curious and eager to learn. These tenancies lead him to assist many of Whitehawke's crafts-people in their day-to-day activities. Hwrath found great joy in assisting the local Alchemist, the Blacksmith and Hwrath could often be found in the stables helping to maintain Whitehawke's steeds. He tried to help in the kitchens but a despicable man named Blem would constantly pepper Hwrath with insults about being an Orc.

At the age of 16, Hwrath's natural strength and aggressiveness allowed him to excel at displays of combat and arms. Because of this Hwrath was tutored in the many aspects of combat. Being a quick study, Hwrath's aptitude for the technical use of weapons grew. Now, after two years of focused combat training and having grown into adulthood, Hwrath has joined 'The Band of the Hawk'. He now seeks to explore the outside world, gain fame and fortune and to unravel the mystery behind his mother's death at the hands of his own kind.

Hwrath is generally reserved, studying people, deciding how best to interact with them and weighing his words carefully before speaking. However, if Hwrath if provoked, his normally reserved demeanor gives way to violent action.

A short narrative bio:

Born and brought up in the heart of Daggerfall, Drexus Aluminus, a Breton, pledged that he would make his life sound like the legends his mother told him as a child. This would be extremely difficult, as he suffered since birth from Rock-Joint. He lived day to day with unbearable pains, until one day, he saw a light at the end of the tunnel.
When he was 15, he made a deal with two Daedric Gods, Sithis and Nocturnal, to carry out their will as long as his disease was cured. He had never felt so good in his life. He became a rogue assassin, until after a few assassinations, he was confronted by a Speaker of the Black Hand. He was accepted into the Dark Brotherhood. He escalated in the ranks quickly, becoming a Speaker of the Black Hand at the age of 19.
He still had a regular life outside of the sanctuary. He lived a rather wealthy life with many opportunities. He had many ties with the highest of people of all High Rock. He knew of escalating tensions of the nations over the Ruby Throne, and anticipated his chance to fight for his country and prove himself to his family, and all of Daggerfall.
When word came of the Daggerfall Covenant being formed, he was shocked. Even more so when word came of the Ebonheart Pact. He knew war would soon erupt between the two. He signed up in the Lionguard at age 20, and while in, he heard rumors of Aldmeri Dominion interference in the war. He knew what was ahead of him.
He knew that attacking the Imperial City would be very difficult. He knew that not only would he face the Imperial Legion, but soldiers of the Ebonheart Pact and the Aldmeri Dominion would be breathing down their neck. He knew that the history of the future was his present. This was his time, and he would make the best of it. He would shape life as we know it, in the name of Sithis, Nocturnal, and the Daggerfall Covenant. All hail Sithis! All hail King Emeric!

I think my main DC character will be Rogash (http://www.tesof.com/topic-the-runaway-b...ri-version), my Orc warrior. She's a traditionalist orc and looks down on the "weak" races and especially orcs that have rejected Malacath and his code.

Daggerfall Covenant (Breton)
Here's my character :)

Name: Neadrel
Age: 27
Race: Breton
Gender: Male
Homeland: High Rock
Allegiance: The Daggerfall Covenant

Personality:

He's mostly a nice guy, and has a strong allegiance to the Covenant. He's very humble,
and isn't fond of bragging (unless he's done something really awesome).
The many dreads and fears of Tamriel doesn't really get to him,
as he likes to take things lightly and look at life through a humouristic perspective.
Neadrel may seem childish at times, but when things get really serious, so does he.
He enjoys drinking and smithing. His lifelong dream is to guard the Ruby Throne,
under the rule of High King Emeric.

Looks:

Dark straight hair, medium length. Golden eyes
Facial prints, starting under the eyes, going out to the cheekbones.
Rough look with dirt in his face. Beardy.
Strong build. Medium to small height. Grey-lightbrown skin.

Playstyle and gear:

Neadrel will be sort of tanky paladin both able to cast spells and heal himself.
Big heavy armor (preferably some gold on it). Cape. No helmet (unless it's extremely cool).
Large one-handed sword in one hand, shield in the other.

Backstory:

Neadrel (forefather of Neadror, a great adventurer. Has a natural skill in holy spells).
He was born on a breezy summermorning in High Rock. His parents, both warriors and
honorful protectors of Daggerfall, showed him great love and care throughout his childhood.
But when he was just 14 years old, his older brother and both of his parents
were sent to Skyrim with a few other warriors to keep an eye on the western parts of the land.
Only a year after his family members were sent out on this mission, a letter was sent to
his aunt and uncle's place, where he was staying. The letter spoke of a great tragedy
that had fallen upon the small group of soldiers in Skyrim. All of them dead, assasinated
on a cold winters night.

In the aftermath of the tragedy, Neadrel was struck by pain and suffering and searched
aimlessly for any kind of comfort. He found it, a few years later, when he was contacted by
one of the greatest templars of High Rock. This templar had heard of Neadrel's magical skills
and wanted to train him in the arts of holy spells. Neadrel was trained for years and showed
great progress as he now felt that he had a real goal in life.
The day came, when the templar had no more to teach Neadrel. The rest of his skills would have
to be taught by experience.

And so Neadrel wandered to the southern parts of High Rock, all the way to Daggerfall,
to find a new life.
He applied for training as a guardian of Daggerfall and saw it as a way to honor his
parents and brother but it turned out to become much more than that. As the years went by,
his whole life started to revolve around the Daggerfall military and he made quite a name for
himself there. With great skills in both magic and swordmanship, he's now ready to take back
the Ruby Throne for it's rightful owner, High King Emeric.

The man they call Fenand Footpad is just a poor Breton, who has long since forgotten his surname. Sick of having to scrape by in the mud, he learned how to steal to get by, aye, and how to kill. And why shouldn't he know it? The elves killed his family, and the nobles did nothing. His allegiance to the Covenant goes only so far as they give him a purpose. But when all is said and done, and the war is over, what then?

Fenand doesn't like thinking about it.

A Male Breton assassin who gets by on his own martial prowess thankyouverymuchmistermagicman. Or maybe just an armored Mage. I'm still flip-flopping on it. One thing is for sure.

I'm making me an elf-ear necklace :)

Not Orcs though. Orcs are the cool mer.

I don't think thats true. Maybe their ancestors were half man half elf. Bretons don't look like elves at all so this isn't true I hope.

Just read this on the uesp wiki and I'm not 100% sure whether it's fact or not, but according to them you can see it on their eyebrows, ears and cheekbones
:)

Ebonheart Pact (Argonian)

bretons are not half elves. Half breeds in TES are always the race of the mother.
The bretons are the result of generations of cross breeding between the Atmoran tribes that remained in tamriel after the Falmer attacked Sarthaal and the Direnni Aldmer of High Rock.

the bretons share many elven traits but are generaly regardet as Humans.
altough Ysgramor intially labled them as "manmeri"

Also i will go through this thread and personally laugh at every one that has set his class as "assasin", escpeialy if he also has a silly name.
