About The Aldmeri Irregulars
Main Member Roster Ranks
The Aldmeri Irregulars

A guild within the Aldmeri Dominion, for those playing on the PS4. New members are welcome!

We have a Guildportal! If you're interested in joining, I advise you to head there and sign up and whatnot!

What the Irregulars offer, in a nutshell; objective-focused PvP (capturing Elder Scrolls, strategically important resources or keeps, etc.), general PvE (quests, dungeons, leveling, etc.), RP events (speaking in-character in general chat is not required, but feel free to do so if you like!), crafting services (I will provide potions and foods for discounted prices, though membership does not require you to discount your own goods if you don't want to), and more. We're not limited to these, however. The occasional brute charge into a PvP warzone or random bit of nonsense can be fun too.

Unlike the Aldmeri Dominion, we are more flexible, and will not be ruling over our members with an iron fist. Any important decisions can be made democratically--the only real matter that is exclusive to the highest ranking members is taking punitive measures against unruly guild members.
Brendinor; Guildmaster (Yours truly!)

Nobody else as of yet :'c
Ranks will be given based on merit, not on how long you've been bugging me for. And really--they don't much matter. It doesn't make you any more or less important. It affects your role within the guild--what you are capable of, what you are best at. If you prove yourself fit for a leadership role, and want it, it will be given to you.

And yeah, I mostly ripped the ranks from the guild ranks in Morrowind. *Shrug*.

That said, having an officer rank or council rank does not make you superior to other members. If anything, it makes you more accountable for your actions. It does not give you right to boss others around, though higher ranking members may offer tactical input during group activities (ex: someone heal Jenkins!, tanks aggro that Flesh Atronach away from the archers!, etc.). You are not required to follow such input, but I advise that you should trust in their judgement, and all work together.

The backbone of our guild. Those who have joined The Aldmeri Irregulars may pick one of either three class-oriented ranks. There's no real difference. It's just for flavour and role playing purposes. But you should be choosing your primary role, be it as a caster, smashy guy, or sneaky guy. There are no expectations for regular members, other than following the rules of the guild, and you probably shouldn't be taking a year-long absence from the game.

Protector - Rank and file melee-geared player.
Conjurer - Rank and file spellcaster.
Operative - Rank and file stealth-oriented player.

Guild officers are those who have interest in leading or otherwise helping to organize group events, and who can and will help out new members with any issues they may be having. Show initiative, intelligence, and courtesy, and you may be offered the rank. Keep in mind that higher ranks mean higher expectations of your good conduct and activity.

Warder - A specialized melee-fighter who has shown leadership potential.
Warlock - A specialized caster who has shown leadership potential.
Captain - A specialized stealth fighter who has shown leadership potential.

The Council

The top five ranking members will form up the council. We will be the ones to rule on any infractions of the super-oppressive guild rules, and will fairly frequently be organizing group events (be it PvPing or a dungeon raid or whatever). There are higher expectations for those who take such rank upon themselves. We're not a hardcore group, but I'd like to see a fair amount of activity, here. There will only be one of each council rank at a time. To be on the council, you must be dedicated to the guild, fairly active, responsible, mature, courteous...You're the person who junior members can expect to be able to look up to for advice and guidance. The master of your field.

Guildmaster - Brendinor; yours truly. I won't be making any independent decisions regarding the guild, unless the circumstances are blech.
Steward - The second in command. May act as guildmaster on important matters in my absence.
Guardian - An experienced warrior who may take tactical command of fellow warriors during group activities.
Wizard - An experienced spellcaster who may take tactical command of fellow casters during group activities.
Ringleader - An experienced rogue who may take tactical command of fellow rogues during group activities.
