I have researched some knowledge in these last few days, about our customs, tradition and heritage, and if I have the right knowledge and information, I came up to this:

Our King is obviously his almightiness Jorunn the Skald-King.

A matter of fact and of doubt is - The capital of all the Pact is Mornhould in the province of Morrowind. Will all the races start there? Or in their homeland? I personnaly think that we all will start in Mornhould.
- The Elder Scrolls are scripts of knowledge and power, and are situated in the main fort of each clan. Almost what the Developers said, and here it is, probably, our Elder Scroll is remained in Mornhould?

The Nords conquistated Morrowind and almost drove out the Altmer from High Rock, but, did the Dunmers joined them since the conquest of Morrowind before the Dunmer arrived? I think not. I believe that it was the battle against the Akaviri, and same goes to Argonians. But their motives were unexplained.

The Dunmer: Will the specific families help us? It would be some major reforces if Indoril and Redoran would fight for it.
The Argonians: I know very less of them, hope Sordak can help me in that. But the warriors of Black Marsh for what it seems are treacherous sneaky bastards, I like that.
The Nords: They're very fierce in battle and moves, especially heavy-armor and weapons. I don't know if the Gray-Manes, Cruel-Sea and Battle-Born exist in this time, but they seem to be a great sorce of power, but these are only tiny families, nothing compared to Indoril. Our almightiness probably will aid us with his troops or such.

PS: Will I be able to keep the Ordinator's Armor? :3

And... Post some acknowledge in here, all of it is needed.

You get quite alot of things out of proportion and all of that could have been answered by google.
Everyone on the pact will start on bleakrock wich is an island on the coast of skyrim.

the second zone is bal foyen wich is a village in Morrowind.

the Nords conquest of Resdayn was way back. Thats the first era.
We are in the second one. The dwemer are gone. Its called Morrowind and not resdayn.
the Chimer are now Dunmer.
And the Nord are no longer Atmoran ursurpers.

The Elder Scrolls are in Cyrodiil tendet by the Moth Priests.
they are located within the PvP zone and have the same use as relics do in DAoC.

The Great Houses are noted, but we will not be able to join them.
The official statement is that we will be able to help or hinder all of the great houses in one way or aother.

Argonians treacherous? Not more than any other race.
First and foremost they are quite incomprehensible by other Races. Their motives lie in secret right now as their province is actually not threatened. but it would not suprise me if the Argonian reason for the War effort is to fight Molag Bal.
Im fairly sure the Argonians dont want to live in Cold Harbour, the daedric plane of rape.

The Nords are the weakest race of the pact, having neither Living Gods nor the Hist on their side.
They are just angry men. But thats what they do best. They will probably make up the bulk of the Army since many young men of Skyrim are versed in Combat anyway, and the fields of Cyrodiil offer more than the frozen wastes of Skyrim.
Norsemen will know what to fight for. And if they come home with loot from the Heartland they will sure live a better life.

Also yes there is Indoril armor, weve seen it on the screenshots.
Wether or not you can wear it is questionable. Lore wise it should not be possible.
but the weird purple verison of it has been shown to be worn by players. not sure on the gold-face-of-nerevar tho.
