The Jarl of Whiterun leaned forwards, eyebrows furrowed. It had been a week since the werewolf had appeared, slaughtering the guard patrols and farmers. The beast was said to be pure white with piercing green eyes that saw into your soul before it killed you, emotionless, a beast sent from Hircine himself. Finally someone had answered the Jarl's pleas. That man was walking up the hall, Requies Menestys, monster hunter, maybe the only hope for Whiterun's nearby villages. The housecarl sat back, smirking and shaking their head, obviously they didn't think he could do it, mostly due to the fact of his clothing, simple robes.
"So you think you can do it?"
Requies nodded. "A werewolf?"
"Yes, though nobody knows fully what it looks like, it's killed everybody who's seen it up close. The court wizard thinks it's feral, are you still up for it?"
"I'll do it."

I moved forwards towards my prey, I had it's scent, it would be easy now. A lone farmer ploughed the field a three miles from Whiterun. I approached from the back, I could hear them whistling to himself as he worked.Slowly I readied myself, crouching down before leaping on them and ripping into their tender flesh, feeling the blood trickling down my neck as I swallowed. After the scream died I stood up and shook myself off, to face the man and child who had come running out of the farmhouse. I ran towards them, ripping into the man before turning on the child. When I was finished I walked away, looking around for any other prey. None. I ran towards the river to wash the sticky blood of my white fur. After I was done I made my way towards my den. I slept for hours, maybe even days before emerging into the night.

Finally I had found a scent, a male human, easy target. I ran towards him, taking my time, humans were slow and I did not need to hurry, just like my wolf kin did not hurry when they had the scent of a deer. I stopped to let out a piercing howl, a rabbit broke into a run and I caught it with ease, leaving it's limp body untouched before getting back to the scent. I could see him now, and the scent was getting stronger. But this one knew I was coming and even had his sword out. If I had ever been human I would have laughed, I wonder what it would have been like to be a human. The moons wanders behind a cloud, good for me, it will make me harder to see. Slowly I advance and the human turns, he's spotted me, this should be fun.
I advance first and he jabs at me with his sword, almost getting me. I dance away growling, he seems more... skilfull, or as skillful as a petty human can be. Requies advanced and I ran around him, almost getting him to the ground before he turns and swipes at me again. He hits me square in the nose and a deep gash is left from the sword. It hurts so much I whimper, backing away before leaping at him in a fury. Pure pain blinds me as he hits again, hitting me on the shoulder. I shake my head and jump on him, thrusting my snout into his face and baring my teeth. Suddenly the moons come out and my fur turns from dark grey back to white, my green eyes illuminated.

I see something in the humans face, recognition, and he lowers his arm, almost as if he doesn't want to strike me now. I get ready to bite into his neck and he pushes me over. Almost immediately I'm up again and this time I don't hesitate, I strike, biting into his side and pressing down on his ribs as hard as I can. He raises his sword and strikes my tail, making me roll of him again. He jumps up and I go for his leg s, striking him before he hits me again, maybe harder than he intended as I hear a slight gasp. Blood spurts up from my back and a chunk of flesh goes flying. In a frenzy of pain I attack Requies, growling, biting and scratching bady. As I drop to the ground he drops his sword to the ground as he stumbles slightly and it lands on my paw. I whimper and lift it to my snout, licking the blood away. I leap at him again and he raises his sword, desperate. "Miasmador! Please, stop this now!" I look up at him, I've injured him, badly, though not enough to kill him, and I need to finish this off. I growl at him, and go for him again. He holds out his sword as I leap and, mid air, I'm stopped.

Slowly I drop to the ground and fall onto my side, whimpering. He had put the sword through my heart. How could I let this happen, a human had slayed me. I try to get up but the blood loss kept me down. Slowly my vision faded and I looked up at the human. He knelt down beside me and held my heart wound as my blood slowly trickled away from me, pooling beneath me and staining his robes a dark crimson. He seemed to be saying something, pleading to me but everything was blurry, my senses were dulled as I died. All I could feel was blood and tears, I didn't know if they were his or mine, and his words, though even they were vague. "Miasmador... Please.... Don't die.... Please... No..." As I lay there faint his voice sparked a glimmer of recognition in me and I remembered his name, the one thing I remembered about my previous life since I had gone feral. "Requies..." It came out as another whimper and then the world went black.

Requies gonna die lol

Anyways really great so sorry it had to be Requies, but in a way it makes sense and it fits well and now another will fall.

You did a good job and I like the bit especially about the uncertainty because of the way Requies looks/dresses it makes me laugh. Anyways really sad, but it was a good read.

I am planning on making a mod in Skyrim with her and his + some other people like Girauds tomb, if it turns out good i will share it, the Dragonborn will hate on stumble on the Tomb and face his fury lol, I will make his corpse as powerful as an Archmage Npc, even more if possible, then he would probably be a skeleton mage....

And I try make the ruins of Arcanea, wich will include loads of corpses, some pierced with blades and such, probably I will screw it up but I will try anyhow. What do you Think of the idea?

Thanks Maxx, sorry I took fun of his robes, not really, I love robes, just for a monster hunter they're quite unusual! Yeah, I took advantage of the whole monster hunter loving a monster :D Thanks again.

That would be awesome, but I would be so jealous, I have Skyrim on the ps3 so I wouldn't be able to play!

I am sure you would hate to kill yourself as a corpse, or just see your own grave... Anyway if it turns out good I will post screenshots on it, it wont be very large though, mostly large rooms, but not many...

And Arcanea will only have some half-destroyed Towers and stones on the ground, mixed with corpses....

Ok I will not include them then, I will show you with Arcanea how much destruction and Death there were there. Maybe I should do a quest like "Ancient secrets" And I promise you mias, you will have a sad and touching text on your tomb stone-tablet ;)

Then if I dont screw that up the reward for the quest will be Alatos blade "shadebane" with effects will be like the Dawnbreaker, but perhaps with higher stats and Alators staff, wich probably will shoot thunderbolts lol

Maybe I should include Wuthkrozin in the tomb Mias, maybe he could guard the tomb or something, Wuthkrozin lives pretty Close to were Alators settled, and Alator discovered him and they became "friends" but Alator have helped him with a dragon-hunters problem and wuth just wants to live in Peace, I am getting a lot of ideas now.... ;)

Making a coffin and on it placing an "ancient letter" from Alator isnt hard :), on the letter it will stand something like "Here lies my friend Mordynak, he were my apprentice for..." On every coffin Alator will have placed a goodbye letter, or a stone tablet beside the coffin. I Think that I will Place Alator, Miasmador and Mordynak in the largest room, were the player will face his ghost as a trial if he/she is worthy to have his treasures or something :)
