It was a beautiful day at the Dusk docks in summerset, ruined only by the chains that rubbed against the bare skin of Kiijana's feet and wrists. She shuffled unwillingly towards the ship, brushing against the other slaves she was chained to. She slavers tugged at the chains, making her stumble. They shouted insults at the slaves as slowly they were pushed on board, into the bottom of the creaky pile of wood they called a ship. She looked around, several slaves were crying, the children huddled next to their parents and babies wailed, no-one knew their fate. She sat down on the floor, waiting for the ship to push of, away from the dock. She held back tears herself, trying desperately not to show weakness in front of the slavers. As the last of the slaves piled on the doors were closed and the last hope of freedom vanished.

It was Morndas 17th of Morning Star. It had all happened on 10th of Morning Star, exactly a week ago. She had been wandering the roads of Summerset, she had paid a boat to come across and finally got there. She set up camp for the night, by the side of the road. That was her mistake. She had been sleeping, after lighting a campfire and eating she had lain down for some rest. The next she knew she was being woken up roughly, chains tightened around her fists and legs. She had screamed, opening her eyes and seen a Slaver caravan with about ten other slaves, it looked like they hadn't been too successful in Summerset. She had struggled as they tied her up. Her slaver was a big nord who stood over her, grinning as she struggled, crying out and weeping. She had heard a shout for them to knock her out and then came darkness. When she woke up she had to walk, tied to the other slaves they shared their misery together. Sometimes she had weeped, sometimes she had screamed her defiance, usually those times she ended up with another cut to the face. Finally they had reached the docks and that is how she had come to be a slave.

She knew nothing of where they were going, nothing of what would become of her, nothing. But the one thing she knew was, she would survive this, whatever it took.

[Clusan's basic appearance: Clusan stands at 5'11. He is completely hairless, shaven arms, legs, eyebrows, etc. His eyes are a dark blue color. He is fairly muscular. He has an assortment of tattoos covering his body. He skin is fairly darker than normal.]

Clusan would be sitting in the corner of the lower deck, eyes closed, legs crossed, his palms facing each other as he held his hands in front of him. He would be shirtless, having ripped the ragged clothes off of his upper body. On each palm would be a tattooed crescent moon and on each backhand would be a sun. Spiraling up his arms would be intricate and waving flames that reach up to his shoulders. Tattooed on his chest would be a detailed head of a lion, it having a large mane and roaring; the symbol of the Covenant. On his back would be a small excerpt in Yoku, the ancient Redguard language. Then lastly, on his face would be a triangle made of solid crimson lines. Where the sides would meet would be circular rings tattooed in, leaving space to dab things into the middle of them. All of the tattoos would be tattooed on in a solid blue color.

The others around him, crying, sobbing, sitting, etc., would be avoiding Clusan, occasionally glancing at him while amazed, curious, and freaked out by his tattoos and look. He would simply sit there silently, waiting for something.

Bludghul cursed his luck what fool he had been to attack a dominion outpost with his small band of Orcs. It had happened two days. It was a heated afternoon when the Orc band had appeared, moving slowly towards the Dominion's outpost near the Hammerfell Border with Cyrodil. Bludghul saw the flag of the dominion waving elegantly above the building and the shining armor of the Elves shining light back at them almost like a beacon. His men mostly wore rusted iron armor and were armed with axes that were made from years before the war. The Elves stood on top of one of their towers observing his band. Bludghul gave a bellow to encourage his men and to also strike fear into the Elves. And with that his Orcs charged at the building. As they got closer he heard the language of the Elves and their commanders spitting orders. He didn't even have time to react as the Elves let their arrows fly into Orcish flesh.

Half of his men were now behind him dead or dying. They had reached the building and then suddenly a spray of fire. A mage stood at the entrance which was killed by a axe thrown at the Elf. With that the small Orcish band broke into the building slaughtering the Elves inside. Bludghul got out the worn flag of the Daggerfall Covenant and replaced the beautiful flag of the Dominion. He now stood on top of the tower looking out into the invaded Cyrodill, and he could just make out Anvil in the distance. This view was broken by A large force of Dominion troops. His 7 remaining Orcs quickly took up bow and arrow from the dead elves and began shooting at the Elves. Seven Orcs was not enough to take down such a Army. Bludghul commanded his men to take up axe and shield as they ran out of the building and formed a sheild wall. " Remember my Brothers the Ashpit awaits us all." Bludghul spat as the Dominion's Vanguard made up of Khajjit pounced upon their shield wall. Bludghul threw the first Khajjit off of his sheild onto the Khajjit's kin knocking them over then getting at them with his axe. Another Khajjit was now behind him Bludghul reacted and turned around with a sheild bash to the face of the Khajjit. Another wave of Khajjits sprang from the hill Bludghul was now without a sheild and without kin to protect his back. His Orc band was now no more.

His beserker rage was let loose as he charged at the second wave of Khajjit nostrils flared. He ran into the Khajjits knocking one over with his weight then cutting at three sending them to the ground. Then without warning a large Khajjit charging full speed with a spear. The spear went clean through Bludghul's stomach. With a cough Bludghul continued walking towards the Khajjit and striking at the Khajjit's neck. Bludghul looked up to observe his surroundings he was surrounded. He concentrated and saw the spear sticking out of his stomach. The haze began to take over his vision. As he fell to the ground. He awoke on a caged carriage and felt restoration magic pulsing through him. Foreign voices invaded his ears. He dared to open his eyes a abomination that resembled a scamp sat above him looking down. The scarred Argonian licked his lips. " Gods curse you my feast ruined. Why couldn't you just die." The Argonian spat angrily. Bludghul was unconscious again. He was awoken by Arms pulling him out of the carriage and quickly slapping chains onto him. So that is how he became a slave awaiting his fate.

((that was longer than I thought Sorry =P ))

Ragnak once again cursed the Dominion, Ragnak was one of the Pacts naval-Soldiers and was captain on a Nordic ship, he used to call himself pirate since he raided enemy fleets and ships, but Ragnak was an hounorable man and didnt attack civilians, unless they provoked him. Ragnak had the strenght of a bear and was very skilled with his large two-handed axe of steel, but Ragnak wasnt the smartest man and used to solve his problems with his fists or his axe. Ragnak had been captured when his ship was assaulted just outside Valenwood. Ragnak had gotten into a berseker rage and had jumped on the enemy ship and killed everyone he could reach with his axe. But Ragnak wasnt a mage and was easily captured by the dominons battlemages, the last he remebered was getting hit in the head by a club.

Ragnak woke up in a Cage on a boat, he was only dressed in ragged trousers and you could see his large muscles and his tatoo of a wolf on his right shoulder. His red beard and long hair was hanging and with the fact that he was pretty angry and around seven feet tall. The most slaves was afraid of him because he looked very dangeruos, "but not to you" he thought while looking at the other prisoners. One khajiit that looked brave catched his Eyes and he asked "Who are you?".

Dromik sighed. This wasn't the first time of his in which a job had gone sour. But this was the first time he had been made a slave.
"Well, there is a first time for everything, I guess." he huffed.
He had been just on a simple bandit-clearing run. He wasn't even supposed to kill the bandits. Running them out was it. Then he was ambushed. A lot of men came at him, and it took six to knock him out. He was still black and blue from the beating they gave him. His clothes were ripped to shreds, leaving his muscles exposed. The ice wolf tattoo on his arm was clearly visible.
He looked around the the bottom of the ships hull. There was a lot of people down here. And it smelled like skeever. No, that was an insult to the skeevers. He was probably almost the biggest person in the hull. At 6'2, it was extremely cramped down here. He looked around, wondering how he was gonna escape. He saw a few people who stuck out of the crowd, an Orc, another large Nord, a silent, very tattooed Redguard and a Khajiit girl. Maybe, just maybe....escape was possible.

Dromik- Large, muscular Nord, greatsword fighter, part-time mercenary.
Guinevere Löthbrok- Smaller Nord with a fast axe, sharp tongue and merciless nature.
Fälondreth- Quiet, quick Bosmer bowman, nomad, nature-lover.

Im-Kur gasped and opened his eyes. He was chained on a ship. "Dark Elves..." he muttered quietly. He had been exploring a cave, when an arrow had his his back and made him fall asleep. Now here he was, chained next to crying children and cowering fools. His black, gleaming scales glistened in the sunlight, and his red horns looked like blood. He had scars covering his body, from across his eye to on his chest.

Lurks-In-Shadows looked around, and sighed. He closed his eyes and began to think.
He was covered in rags, the occasional hole showing his dark green and the small, few black scaly spots he has.
'A fitting fate for a killer such as I' He thinks.
'But not one that I want yet... not at all'
He tries to move his hands, but the chains wore them down, almost making his hands limp.
Once again, he looks around, not making any effort to calm the ones near him.
He lowers his head, shuts his eyes, and tries to remember how he was captured...

He was trying to stop being such a cold assassin, trying to do some slightly better things, as some had suggested. But, to say the least, he was skeptical.
He was hunting down a bounty, not really the kindest thing, but it was a small step up. He killed the bandit, lopped off his head, and quickly returned it to the guards. As luck would have it, they recognized him, and decided of a punishment worse then death or imprisonment.
And so, he was here, chained up and in rags. Captured by his so-called 'allies'.
'If I ever get out of here... I vow that I will stick to my assassin ways' He thinks, chuckles once, looking back at his old ways, switching between good and bad, then returns to his sad silence, thinking of what good he is without his weapons.

Ragnak saw a Nord that had problem with his height, but he wasnt as large as Ragnak with his 7 feet. But Ragnak was happy to see a kinsman and said with his loud and dark voice "Greetings kinsman how have you ended up here?".

The lower deck of the ship was mostly open, where the slaves were kept. There was a small room though, boarded from the outside so nothing inside could escape. In this dark room sat a blindfolded and bound argonian. It was Jaree-Tah, a former slave of house hlaalu. He had escaped several years ago, but he was recaptured by the slavers on this ship. They would fetch a good amount of coin for returning him and kept him in the room by himself to prevent him from escaping again.

Jaree could hear crying coming from the lower deck, just outside the room he was in. Crying wont help you now. The painful memories of when he was captured as a young child and forced into slavery had resurfaced. There was nothing they could do now, he knew from experience.

((The Pact are the Slavers apart from a few argonians. Also please could you post what your character is in the Slavers discussion thread, just so I can put them in the list of who is a slave and who is not. Thanks. Ok, seeing as no-one else wants to be a slaver I will RP two characters.))

Walks-Through-Fire had become a slaver. She hated the job but had to do it, to feed her family back in Elsweyr. She wore sailors clothes and a cap over her purple-red scales. She sat in the sailors quarters, right above the slaves. She could hear them moaning and crying, it went perfectly with the creaking of the ship. She rolled the dice again and groaned, she passed over the gold coins and got up to go outside. She leaned over the side of the ship, breathing in the fresh salty air. She could see Dusk in the distance, a speck on the horizon. She stood up and walked towards the captains cabin. The captain was a young girl, a nord girl of around around twenty five. She had inherited the job and ship from her mother and she loved it. The ship was called the Slavers Joy and the captain loved being a slaver. "So what are my duties now?"
"Go... welcome slaves."
She knew what that meant. Slowly she walked down the ladder into the slaves quarters, dropping down to the floor. "Shut up!" She shouted out, everyone was silent. "Welcome to the Slavers Joy," She walked around, putting anyone who wasn't in chains in chains. Anyone close to the wall she chained to the wall. "We hope you enjoy your stay while on this ship, if you don't, well, deal with it. You're slaves now, to be sold for a fair price at the market. You are dogs, mud beneath our feet." She drew her dagger and went to the nearest person. A sobbing altmer man. She went in close and slit his throat. "We are the bosses of you and you will obey us. She went to a khajiit women and pushed her against the wall, chaining her up, then to a redguard with many tattoos, he was chained to the wall as well. She chained to the wall two Nords, an Orc and an Argonian. "We tell you to bark like dogs you bark like dogs!" She went to the Khajiit woman she had chained to the wall. "So what's your name?" Kiijana spat at Walks-Through-Fire. "I will never, never tell you my name." Walks-Through-Fire wiped the spit off her face and drew her dagger, grabbing Kiijana's ear and sawing at it. She stopped just before it came fully off, letting it hang by a thread. She then raised her hand and pulled it off, watching as Kiijana's face twisted in rage and pain. She stood up fully and watched as Kiijana tried to lift her hand to her ear, struggling against the chains. Walks-Through-Fire turned around, tossing the half of the ear into the crowd. "Let that be a warning. To all of you!" She walked through the slaves, picking up the dead body as hauling it upstairs to throw in the sea later. She turned around on the ladder. "We will bring you food later." She climbed up the ladder with the body and threw it into the sea.

"She will die." Clusan would simply say to no one in particular after Walks-Through-Fire had left. He would immediately go to work on the chains, trying to find a weakness in them. He would tug them to see if the link of the boards was weak or the boards themselves weak, he would try to turn the socket in the boards, seeing if he could grind the wood away to make the socket fall out, and if those failed, he would inspect the shackles itself, seeing if any of the links were rusty, weak, or chipped. Basically, if there was a way to get out of being chained to the wall, he would find it.

Kiijana gritted her teeth against the pain and pulled against the chains that held her to the wall. She noticed the redguard trying to get out and whispered to a slave nearby, "There is a lockpick in my pocket, get it, free yourself and any you love and pass it to the Redguard. Then tell him to pass the lockpick around. The slave reached up, chains clanking as she reached into Kiijana's pocket. They freed themselves and the people around them before freeing the redguard from his chains and going round the others.

Jaree-Tah had heard the commotion in the lower deck. One of the slavers had come down to rough them up a bit and keep them in line. Maybe they forgot about me he thought and laughed, knowing the slavers would most certainly not be forgetting him.

Standing up he moved around the room cautiously. His hands were tied behind his back, so they were not of any use to him. The blindfold blocked his sight as well. All he could do was listen. Jaree moved close to the door and put his ear against it.
