Backstory:
When he was born, his mother named him Cloak-and-scale, as his fate as a Shadowscale would have been that of a Dark Brotherhood member. However, when he was five years old, dark elf slavers raided his village and he was left alone. He would've died there, except a old and surprisingly intelligent wamasu took him in. He lived with the wamasu for ten years, becoming a wamasu in his spirit and developing a talent for lightning magic. It all changed one day, however, when wamasu egg hunters came to steal the eggs of his mentor wamasu. He fought ferociously beside the beast, but they lost. The egg hunters took the young argonian in named him Thundershade. He lived with them several more years, learning the human ways and speech lost to him. He kept at his side a single wamasu hatchling, Fuzzy. During the time he was there, his mentor was Jarvien, a small but resourceful nord. He learned every possible hunter and nightblade trick known on Tamriel.
When the war came, he left his mentor to join the Ebonhart Pact. On the way however, he sensed something foul stirring. Curiously, he went to investigate. To his ranger heart's horror, he found a pack of daedroth and clannfear chasing and tormenting a wounded guar. Outraged, he slew the the daedra and rescued the guar, who followed him ever since. In the battle, though, Fuzzy was mortally wounded and died a while later. Despairingly, Thundershade vowed to kill every single Daedra invader on Tamriel he met and end the threat. To gain backup in his cause, he joined the Ebonheart Pact. That didn't save him, however, when he finally met defeat and his soul was stolen by Molag Bal...

"Cold be hand and heart and bone
and cold be sleep under stone
never more to wake on stony bed
never, till the Sun fails and the Moon is dead
In the black wind the stars shall die
and still be gold here let them lie
till the Dark Lord lifts his hand
over dead sea and withered land."

A couple things to note:

1. What do you mean "Shadowscale scales?" shadowscales don't have their own colour of scales, they're just an organization.

2. Adopted by a Wamasu? seriously? a wamasu would've attacked and killed him on sight. No exceptions.

3. Even assuming this Wamasu thing did happen why would some poachers take him in after he fought them and even more pressing why would he befriend one of them if they killed his "mentor"?

4. The appearance needs more detail.

5. The "Usually calm and patient, but when he sees someone/something hurt someone/something dear to him, he flies into a frenzy" thing is a very overused cliche.

I'm not telling that you're wrong (because you aren't), but:

1.Shadowscales are always shown to have black scales so I only assumed...
2.Wamasu just always seem more intelligent to me than they are.
3.The only answer is kind heart. About befriending you must understand that he was practically part animal back then and becoming humanlike again actually rubbed off most of his grudge.
4.I tried to make him an ESO character so I don't dare to specify before I have went through in- game character creation because I don't know the options yet.
5.Is frenzy like "very very great anger" or like "mindless, feral bersek'.

I know I'm not good at this but I try to save what I can.

I really don't know why people make shadowscale chars that almost always have black scales or at least a very dark green. People just associate black and dark green with stealth but no shadowscales could be pink as easily as they could be black.

Wamasu are intelligent (by animal standards that is) but being raised by one? that's suspiciously like Tarzan.

I wouldn't think poachers to be particularly kind-hearted.

I suppose that would make sense.

I would think frenzy to be more like "mindless feral berserker" but the whole massively protective thing is an overused cliche in general.

You're not that bad. You're organization is good and I like the kind of "druid" aspect you've given him. Loving loneliness and storms and nature-loving.
