As I was looking into the Tribunal faith I realized that some of the saints mentioned in "Lives of the Saints" might not have been around yet to become saints. So I decided to compile a list of confirmed, unconfirmed and saints before their sainthood.

Confirmed:
Saint Veloth the Pilgrim: Led the Chimer to Morrowind.
Saint Nerevar the Captain: Died in the Battle of Red Mountain after many great deeds.

Unconfirmed:
Saint Rilms the Barefooted: Not enough info to place.
Saint Aralor the Penitent: Not enough info to place.
Saint Seryn the Merciful Noted in the book Silence. Not enough info the Place.
Saint Olms the Just Not enough info the place.
Saint Delyn the Wise Not enough info to place.
Saint Meris the Peacemaker Not enough info to place.
Saint Llothis the Pious Not enough info to place.
Saint Felms the Bold: Slayed Nord Invaders and recived inspiration directly from the lips of the Almsivi. In Joruun the Skald-King it is stated that a nordic army entered Morrowind for the first time since the Battle of Red Mountain. leading me to believe that he Became a saint either before during the Battle of Red Mountian or After the times of Teso. Not enough info to place.

Before Sainthood:
Saint Roris the Martyr: Died and was raised to Sainthood during the first Arnesian war, well after Teso.
Saint Jiub the Eradicator of the Winged Menace: Raised to sainthood between the time of the Nereverine and Oblivion Crisis, well after Teso.

I'm pretty sure that Saint Felms the Bold eould have killed the nordic invadors at red mountain but the almsivi were not around then. I'm guessing that he was named a saint after the tribunal ascended into godhood.
