Trying to settle that argument, why can't we go into other factions area?

Well we can't, no point in shouting at people who like it. I like it, I'm that person who likes to PvE and relax separately to hardcore PvP where I look behind my back and this guy is shooting at me so I charge etc etc. Now I would also like to kindly explain how not invading other faction territory makes sense. In war you have limited and unlimited objectives. I think in this war the alliances don't have the man power to fight on 3 theatres. Have you ever visited Skyrim? Theres more bandits than citizens. This is where the limited and unlimited objectives come in. The Imperial City (IC) is the unlimited objective, you take that you win. As a result any positions in the map which gives you buffer to take that become unlimited. Same with defence, Bruma is an unlimited objective to the EP. Unlimited means the amount of men you are willing to risk in its defence or attack is infinite. A limited objective should only be risked if you can feasibly win. It is nice to have basically. You can apply limited tactics to an unlimited war, the war for Cyrodiil is unlimited. However applying unlimited tactics to a limited war is overkill. Same with objectives. If you can win a battle without some men you get your leftover men to do something useful. Now taking the enemy alliance's territory is by all means limited till you have secured Cyrodiil. Then still eliminating opposition is still limited if they can't recover as quick as you. If you then start a war in hammer fell and high rock it is by all means a limited war for its attacker where as its unlimited for its defender. If the DC was to alli with AD then an attack shouldn't be attempted. I could rant on all day on all the different scenarios but essentially it makes some sense. It just makes sure you stick to the unlimited objective.

*sigh* Can we just give this whole topic a rest? I highly doubt they're going to change how it is now, so there's no use talking about this anymore. All the points have already been covered in earlier threads, and any other conversations about it just go in circles. Everyone, please, just LEAVE THE TOPIC ALONE. All this topic does is cause a shit-storm every time it's brought up. I'm tired of seeing this conversation, and I'm sure others are too. Both sides have good points, but we've already heard them all before in the countless other arguments that happened already. No offense to the OP, but the whole subject just really needs to die until new information is released.

That's what I'm trying to do, put on one thread so people can argue happily here. I hate the subject that's why I created it. To allow people to straight fowardly put their opinion here.

The problem is that there are already a billion threads devoted to the topic. People have been arguing about it for several weeks and there's nothing left to say that hasn't already been said a billion times... the same things in every single thread about it. Just like Vigk said.

Making yet another thread is not going to keep people from arguing about it elsewhere.

I haven't seen them but I'll take your word for it.

Very true :( I'm sorry if I've contributed to it. Just don't abide it well when someone bad mouths something I enjoy, especially if they claim to be looking forward to it too :/

Only when you reach level 50.

By arrow. By blade.
By tooth. By claw.
By shock. By frost. By flame.
The Aldmeri Dominion will dominate Tamriel.
Our enemies will fall until the Throne is ours.

So how fast new area's become avalaible?

If you are in AD and your friend is in EP, you cannot play together until you are level 50? Or can you play together at all?
Those area's which are available from the star, are those only area's you can explore until you are level 50`?

You will never be able to play with your friend unless you create a separate character.

If you hate the subject why put a thread on it when there was already a thread on it two threads below this one?? just seperate the argument out?

also line breaks *begs*

also i hate it, i mean really hate it, they are sacrificing the immergence of the game and the freedoms players will have, for pve players

MMO's was origionally all about the PvP... then players who liked PvE came in and said oh we dont like PvP we want to play by ourselves and bully computer generated monsters. MMO is a territory for people like playing with others, why are we having to lose our PvP to satisfy people who could quite happily bully monsters in any single player game?!
