You level your warrior with a 2h sword. Then you want to go sword and board (shield and 1h)

Will these require additional grinding of weapon levels to become as effective as it was to level as a 2h sword? If so, will it have to be on targets of equal level with your character, or will weapon skills increase retrospectively with enemy lvl, thus increasing the speed of the process for late game when you want to fill a different role/change your playstyle.

Devs mentioned there is XP going toward skill line ranking, that does imply its progress curve as you are getting further

In endgame it would probably mean you can get the lower ranks with lighting speed but it will eventually slow down and require you to put effort into complete mastery

Please note all of this is my assumption as no one did play the game past lvl12

Debating with someone on the Internet is like mudwrestling with a pig. You get filthy and the pig loves it

If you change your mind partway through why should that mean all your skills suddenly should reset to what you want now? That's not exactly how levelling skills works.

Oh God, why compares to such game...any how, why will you go and change mind in the middle of game or depending how much skills you have put in your character, my advice friend, be cautious, read and place correctly the skills you want, all tho, it will be good if we make a mistake, be able to fix it.

Be careful where you click. Not too hard to make sure you don't press the wrong button, and often these games pop up a message saying "Are you sure you want to use skill point?" That would be a good time to consider your choice.

But yes I agree.....read carefully and plan it out before you choose.
