i was just wondering once at lvl 15 and have the ability to switch weapons is there a way to do it more quickly in and out of battle. as i found once i had my bow out i was set then for close combat i had to press 'k' and switch to dual mean while im in battle taking hits.

So do i have to choose my weapon and fight with it hoping for the best and only switch in a safe place of can i switch at will at the click of a button?

you can only switch weapons out side of combat. i find that limiting personally but thats an easy "fix".

Yes i find it limiting too and expected a quick switch for full pvp experience. especially if you master two diff weapons or at least try too.

I'm not entirely positive I understand what you mean. Do you mean you dot like the quick weapon swap already in place and you would prefer just having all your weapons in your bag and equipping them as needed whenever?

its not a quick weapon swap, you can only swap it out of combat. thats not even realistic

The one you unlock at level 15 doesn't swap in combat? That's the first I've heard of that.

The swapping you unlock at level 15 takes about 1 second and can be done in combat. You will probably find weapon swapping very important in PvP.

I haven't try it, but I read in the loading screen that you can swap weapons during combat.

I think at level 15 you get a sidearm more or less. You can't really change gear, but you can switch between primary and sidearm.

I can categorically confirm you CAN weapon swap during combat. I didn't use it too much during PvP as it wasn't very responsive or it took longer than the 1 sec reload time as stated. However, during PvE it worked really well. I used a one-handed sword with a shield or duel wielded two swords as my primary weapons. For my backup/secondary weapon I used either a two-handed sword or two-handed axe. Simply i'd knock NPC's to the floor /stun them during combat either with magic or my shield and then swap to a two-handed weapon for a death strike. During PvP I got caught out several times as my weapon wouldn't swap and I lost the advantage during combat, but during PvE it worked at least 90% of the time. IMO I think this could be a very effective tool/characteristic when it comes to one on one battles.

Hope this finally answers your question.

Not to be an arsehole or anything, but when it comes to giving advice or offering information then please people, don't guess. And if you do guess, estimate, approximate just put at the end of the paragraph/message, that you have no evidence to prove this point. Just say, "I''m NOT 100% sure this is accurate/correct."
