You would need to roll a sorcerer and choose to use the daedric summoning skill line. You can use any weapon or armor in eso with any of the four classes. In the daedric skill line the scamp is called a familiar and you can either chose a volatile familiar or clannfear. I went with the volatile familiar and he is a good tank but he rarely dies so the explosion upon death doesn't come into play very often. I don't know for sure if the clannfear would be the better choice since I am being stubborn and prefer my familiar's cute little body. The tiny familiar frame doesn't dominate my screen like a clannfear would. Just a word of warning if you decide to sneak past an enemy dismiss your familiars before doing so because they will draw aggro and bring the enemy down on you if they get too close.

Clanfear seems to be mostly for tanking purposes, I haven't noticed it dealing significant damage.
