I'm curious, what is the price of the game? Is it a one time payment or a monthly payment?

I have to wonder why I got charged in Euros when I live in NZ (usually get charged US dollars). I'll be playing on the US server obviously, as it'll be closer than Europe. What's up with the Euros for Oceanics, Zenimax?
