Which province do you think will look the best. After all, Zenimax worked a great deal to create settings that mmorpg's haven't seen yet.

I believe Skyrim still remains to be among the most aesthetically pleasing zones in Tamriel.

It was amazing in the fifth game and looking at the screenshots of the beta it seems they kept the same style. :)

Though I still think there's hope for High Rock, considering how it is home to one of the oldest structures.

Its between Elsweyr and Valenwood, IMO. Jungles and wooded areas are normally pretty amazing.

Actually one of my favorite screen shots/ wallpaper is this one http://static.elderscrollsonline.com/ass...82d3f1.jpg

It says its the Alik'r desert, and its really good to see that a desert area which is usually bland and boring could look as good as this does. So this is a region in Norther Hammerfel and I can't wait to go there! Smiling

I'm very excited to see black marsh, but i don't expect it to be as grand as elsweyr or skyrim.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Hist-tree?

I'm pretty pumped to finally get to see the Summerset Isles; I've been waiting on that jazz since Daggerfall back in the day.

anyone that answers with anything but morrowind is factually wrong.

Morrowind is definitely the most interesting in how different and varied it is. Hell it is refeered to as "Alien". Everyone has their own taste I like morrowind, but summerset is a long awaited treat. High Rock and the such will be nice to see if they include areas like the Isle of Balfiera and the Direnni tower it could be really amazing to see that re imagined. I think they all have some really amazing spectacles and sights to offer. Hammerfell has the Alik'r desert and I am a sucker for desert environments if they are made interesting and fun.

Valenwood should look amazing I hope. Cyrodiil looked very beautiful in Oblivion but it was pretty much the same all the way through the map. Though morrowind did look good I didn't really play it as much as Oblivion and Skyrim so I don't know. I guess everyone's opinion is different, based on what they like. In my opinion I think Valenwood will look brilliant.

We already know they fucked up the sumurset isles so there raely is no point in hoping for that.
And for valenwood: since realy dense areas dont work in MMOs its gonna be bad too.

I voted for Summerset, Elsweyr and Morrowind.
As for the matter that they "fucked it up", you should play first, then form your impressions

they will use mundane building materials, no insect wings, no huge class structures, no crystals, no mile long banners.
also there will be poor altmer farmers.
Wich kinda goes against their whole aesthetic and idea (use goblins for everything)
so yeah. Sumursets will be a turd.

that infos from the Q and As btw.

EDIT: ive seen what they did to high rock and black marsh. I do not believe that those could POTENTIALY make a province we have never seen to look good.
I simply doubt they are physically able to do it.

They may have not the ability to make the buildings looking as you want them to be, but still they can make it look beautiful.
What's more, 80% of your time in the game will be spent in dungeons and PVP's rather than looking how a city was made by the developers
